I am interested in purchasing your system, but I would like to clarify whether it can support some important requirements specific to our university operations.
Our institution follows a semester-based system with the following structure:
Academic Structure We operate with two compulsory semesters per academic year. Each semester result is calculated using GPA. The overall performance is calculated using CGPA (combined GPA of both semesters). Promotion to the next class/year is based on CGPA and/or passing a minimum number of subjects. Failing & Retake Policy If a student fails a subject in either semester, they must take a retake or substitute exam before being promoted. Promotion rules depend on passing certain subjects or achieving a minimum percentage. Fees Management We need support for installment-based fee payments. Certain fees must be compulsory at the beginning of the first semester of a new academic year. If a student has unpaid fees, these should be carried forward to the next term/session. Additional Features A mobile app for students is highly preferred. QR code-based student attendance system.
I would like to know:
Whether your current system supports these features out of the box, especially GPA/CGPA calculations and retake handling. If not, whether customization is possible, and to what extent.

There is no dynamic color picker option for that, You can only achieve it by make changes in css coding. You can connect our support for any UI customization order.

Yes, You can customize it by your own. All kind of staff including teacher can logged in by using admin portal login page. There is no separate login option for parents.

when i try enrolling for the next semester, I recieve an Error: Duplicate Enroll Already Exists

There might be some misconfiguration or php version mismatch. Please send a email to our support with your host server CPanel access details. They will assist you to overcome it if you can’t find out by yourself.

You don’t need to buy it again. You can migrate your website into new domain if you still have the existing data access in your old hosting / domain. Otherwise you will have to make a fresh install. You can hire our team for migration if existing data available.

If there is no backup available from your old host server, Then there will be no option actually. If you have login access to your old server then you can send the details to our support team. They will check if there any backup available.

i have some questions before buying 1 – is it supports bio metric attendance 2- can we import attendance as csv file or xml , like we take attendance by bio metric machine then download attendance data and upload to your software as importing any file type .. waiting for your response. thanks
Its doesn’t have bio metric features to take attendance directly. But yes you can import attendance using excel / csv file.
can i import subject wise attendance at once
Yes you can import the all students attendance for each subject by one click.
Is there manual fee payment? and can fees be paid in installments?
Yes, there is a option for manual fee payment. Installment features not available now, will be added in future version.
Team, Please add a partial student fee; this is a very common thing for every university or college… Moslty students don’t have full payment.

I didn’t find the feature to add and publish each course or subject mark. Please tell me the steps on how to add marks for each course and publish them in the system.
There is option for adding Credit Hours but not specific marks for each subjects.

Application fees option isn’t available for this current version, but plan to add it in future version.
Any course can be re-assign to any students for their next session / semesters. So you can re-assign those courses if any student failed.
We mistakenly promoted a student to the wrong session please how do we correct that, i cannot find how to correct it and promote to the correct session
Contact our support mail with all of the information of that particular student record. current session, original session details.
Also send us your host CPanel access details in support mail.
