I have purchased system, when i try to bulk upload students exam result i get error 505 Server Error, please what could be the issue.

Hi, It’s look like your host server missing some configuration like :

GD PHP Extension Zip PHP Extension

Please enable those required extension to make this features workable. If doesn’t work then contact our support email with your Host CPanel login details.

i wanted to asking before purchasing. 1. is it possible to disable front end and leave just the staff and student login pages alone

2. Is it possible to combine the total feels for a semester and pay together 3. is there documentation for customization in terms of colours, 4. Is there manual payments/confirmation 5. Is there security guaranty on server

1. Yes it’s possible to disable the front-end.

2. Fees combine features isn’t available in current version. We are planning to add this in future versions.

3. Documentation available for setup and installation, not for customization.

4. Yes there is option for manual payments and invoice.

5. We don’t provide server related services. You have to install it on your own server.

Visit “Footer Pages” module under “Front Web” tab in admin portal. It will allow you to add more pages in footer nav on webpage.

This is a good all in one resource. I would like to use this for a few north American institutions. One missing piece which I found is that the system is not connected to a calling system.

group enroll works perfectly for us when we promote a class to the next semester and select courses for them.

Our challenge now is when we assign courses for the first session after approving admission. we get the feedback course duplicate already exist. please is there any way to resolve this?

1st session get automatically assigned when you approve the admission. So you can just pre-assign the courses for 1st session to make sure every courses assigned to students as per needs

So far i am working fine. Is it possible to have restriction for the Professor, just to manage his subject/course. Let say “Applied Chemistry” , profeesor should acces just this subject, and programs where the subject is enrolled. Same to access just the studentes who has enrolled in this subject/course, no any other view for this teacher. no other students, subject/course, or faculties where he has no relation. How can i do that ?

This features already integrated here. Any professor or teacher will be only able to see their assigned students and subjects.

You are seeing them all just because of you are logged as super admin.

Actually teacher , was able to see other classess, students, exams. Anyhow this is nice job and apreciated work from you guys. I managed to improve it, and now teacher is accessing just his faculties, programs, semesters and subject. also no list of other teachers, he sees just his name and students. Other improvement , i managed to make that every class enrollment can be labroator, seminar, lecture or notdefined. as we needed. Also i managed to build mobile app (android and ios), where students can have their profile.

The system could be customized in the assistance module. A photo could be uploaded and the faces in the photo could be detected, and the assistance would be automatically uploaded.

While adding a new course, it’s getting updated under the subject & also showing up to assign the same to students but in the report section it’s missing, not able to see any newly added course in the Course Students Report

Those newly added data will be only available under report when you will assign them with subjects, students and routines.

Hi, I didnt see promotion in the admin section, and on course enrollment I suggest that you should make another option for class wise course assign instead of picking students one by one. Is time consuming.

Class wise course assign / promote option already there. Just check the ” Group Enroll ” nav under Students > Enrollments.

There is 2 option for promote ‘Single Enroll’ and ‘Group Enroll’

please a very important aspect of the transcript and the certificate that needs to be added is missing. That is awards of degree honors base on the students cumulative GPA. The system should allow institutions to set honoring degrees depending on a students Cumulative GPA performance. this is different from Grading each subject. eg UK awards first class to a CGPA of 3.7 and higher etc. we just realized the system lacks that important model.

Your system is good and wonderful. But few things needs improvement, for school that has existing students, can you bulk upload them with their matric No? And can you improve your transcript module design especially the certificate? Can remita payment gateway be integrated? Does your grading system works like the university and college own which calculate both grade point and credit units for each subject and total it, and does it has cumulative grading for previous semester to add to the current semester for a one year grading?

Ok. Great but your student ID should follow custom pattern e.g SCh/Department/Academic session/matric no like UNIBEN/CS/2024/0499

And it should be allow in the bulk upload for existing student who already have matric id and not system geneated

Each academy required different type of format. So we can’t fix it for any specific format, That’s why we keep it manual.

Anyway there is also option for bulk import the student ID as well.

1. Please we are setting up the payroll model and have realized that anytime we want to generate new payslip we have to enter allowances, net salaries Etc. The salaries entered during staff enrollment do no even appear as gross salary. Please if you can throw more light on that.

2. Can salaries be paid from my bank account connected to paystack directly to the staff bank account? If so what should be done to configure that.

3. I have set up a paystack in the payment method setting yet still fee payment from the student portal gives error.

4. We want to set Class Honours( 1 class, 2nd class upper & lower, third class. pass depending on the CGPA of the student but not seeing anything like that.

1. Payroll calculate the salaries as per attendance taken by the system. So make sure you have took the attendance inside the system for each employee before generate the payslip.

2. There is no internal features for bank payment, You have to manage it manually. You just can keep the record inside the system.

3. Make sure you have configured the correct API details.

4. You can achieve this by replacing grading system. Just setup the class point under grading system module same as grade point.

Hi we are very interest your system for our needs but i need to ask several questions: we are interesting to see atendence log where can i find it on your demo? are your system supports RTL and Hebrew? are you have hebrew demo or hebrew translation. are it possible to schedule some zoom meeting presentation? What do you mean by attendance log? If it about attendance then this features already there under “Students” and “Human resource” module.

I am not seeing where to set the transcript to determine whether a student CGPA falls in first class, second class upper, second class lower or third Class

Please I am not referring to Grading. I am enquiring whether the script is able to determine whether a student graduates with first class, second class upper etc.

In addition. Our students do self registration and course evaluation. Which is missing in the current version of your script.

Will the next update capture that if so will there be an update release before September this year.

Student result shows as point and grade, So if you can replace the grade system with class then you can achieve this. There is no other separate option for class.

Can’t ensure about the next version release, It’s still under research.

You can set the same course for different programs / semesters under class routine. There should be no issues. If you still face this kind of issue then send us your admin portal super-admin login access details and your host CPanel login access details. So that our technical team will fix the issues.

Unfortunately there is no option to create joint classes for students from different programs / departments under class routine.

i have checked all your script..i liked a.. many features are there,,i want to buy but just one thing is husge issue..that si fee balance or due..2 major issues. 1 = we are purchasing for academy in which we get fee of payment from students of different coerces. And in your script just one fee option is there. 2 = there is no student fee balance option. means our students pay in installment ..for example we have 3 courses fee is 1000$ and student pays over all 300$ so rest 700$ should be in balance show as well on bill show or receipt.. next time when student pays more fee so in next bill remaining balance should be there.. that’s all . rest your software is fully ok just fee balance issue because many students pay in installment..

Thanks for your overall feedback. Yes our application installment based fees system is missing in the current version. But we are planning and working on it to make it available in the future version.
