Hi there,
Have used your social streams for several years now. Currently have it set up to a school board website that has over 10 Facebook feeds from different schools, set to their individual school profiles. The feeds aren’t updating appropriately, so I am wondering if perhaps there is a limit of feeds we can use.
Once you reply, I can send you a screencast video of the error. Hopefully you can look into it further.

Hello! Please update to the latest version 4.9.8, which includes a more robust content-update mechanism along with several other improvements. The update is currently available for download on CodeCanyon, and it will also be available via the WordPress admin panel soon.

After updating the plugin, I am now getting a critical error when trying to open the Elementor page builder. If the social stream plugin is deactivated, I’m able to access Elementor again.

Okay, just updated the plugin and it fixed the problem. I’m still having issues with feeds updating regularly.

Hi there, I love your plugin but I have freshly reinstalled it, I don’t understand why the feed is limited to 20 posts, it was not the case before !? I have bought this plugin twice, for two different websites. It is still displaying all the posts when you hit “Load more” in the older website multiple times, but not on the website where I installed it today (you only can hit “Load more” once, afterwards you don’t have the button showing…), any clue ?
Hello, there are some API limitations introduced so we were made to make according changes. What you see in older website it’s most likely cache that builds up with time (plugin caches posts to reduce API calls)

This is the text from your help page. However, I have a question. There is currently no API on X available for $100. The cheapest one costs $200, but in my opinion, the functionality you are referring to is included in the $5000 Pro API, not the Basic plan. Only that plan provides “Filtered stream access.” Am I mistaken?
Is this plugin dead in the water folks? No updates for a long time and considering the plugin is social related things change all the time so I just wanted to check. the links in the plugin to help etc are hitting 404 pages so this is why I wondered if this is not longer actively being worked on.
