Hello, Is there an option to limit previous posts for new members?
For example, if a user buys a membership on April 1, is there a way to prevent them from accessing posts that were available before April 1?

Also, for Partial Content Restriction, is there an option to put an image and text that says ‘for paid members only, register here’ and then redirect to the register page?

Regarding “limit previous posts for new members”, it seems that you are willing to directly restrict the post for the new members but still keep the same post accessible for the logged in member then unfortunately it is not possible at the moment.

Further regarding “restrict the image and the text” yes you can restrict an image and text for the new members who can click on the button and subscribe.

Hi there,

I had the script installed on a domain that has expired. In the account setup wizard, I am being asked to “This purchase code is already activated at enlightenedliving.community . Please deactivate license from your currently activated domain by clicking Remove License button.” But this is not possible because I no longer have access to the domain.

My support has also expired, so I am unable to open a ticket. How can I resolve this issue, so that I can install the script on a new website? Are you able to revoke the license from your end?

Greetings – Firstly you folks have the worst site I have ever seen. I purchased from you (purchase code: 3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and at no point will it even let me in or acknowledge my purchase. Second, your script in my wordpress site is giving this error and wont let me access members as admin. In fact it says my purchase code and email doesnt exist….how else could I post this….

My support has expired but I hope you can help as this is a huge bug. We have a 14 days trial enabled subscription plan with automatic payment (using Stripe). Normally, the trial should only be available to new members. But when an existing user subscribes to the plan, the system charges the monthly fee in the beginning (which is the way it should be), however, it recharges the user after 14 days as if they have used a free trial. This is happening constantly and this is a huge headache for us. Is there any way we can fix this?

Hello, The Gift Purchase Add-On is too confusing for customers to complete. It has a separate purchase order and link, a separate Redeem Gift link. The many Email notifications are confusing too, as purchasers need to send links to recipients (due to spam) I have lost sales due to customers frustrated and cancelling their orders. This is my SECOND REQUEST to incorporate the Gift Purchase into the One Order Form. Holidays are coming up and I already advertised this option for my site. Please fix this ASAP. Thank You.

1) We are using Gravity Forms and Square payment addon for it to register/renew membership.

We are wondering if there is are integration so the client fills in Gravity Form and then under his profile of your plugin, he has an APPROVAL status as a custom field after the payment proceeds.

I have had two licenses for several years and have not needed support for a long time, and therefore have not booked it either. Now, I am suddenly missing Pro features when I want to customize the login page individually, features that I am certain existed (e.g., replacing the logo).

It is essentially communicated as a lifetime license, with the notion of “well, if you need it, you can just book additional support.” However, could it be that these Pro features are removed if you don’t book support, and that you actually need a subscription?

I wouldn’t have any issue with a subscription; you create very good software, and your people don’t come to work for free either, but clear communication would be very helpful.

Firstly it seems that you are referring to the logo available at the wp-login.php if so then removing the logo option was not available in the past as well, however there is a way through which you can remove the logo.
