We are trying to release within this week hopefully.

How do users track their shipments? For example, how can they check if it’s in the preparation stage or has been dispatched? Do you have a system for this?

please I like to draw your attention to the following:

1) Registration process: When seller or buyer register by clicking it tells them code has been sent to their email and no code will be received.

Pickup point orders: there should be a notification when the orders arrives their respective pick up points. for example I am in America and I have selected a pickup point in Canada. there should be an expected date item will arrive my pickup point and I should be notified when my item is available for pickup at the pickup point.

3) Item on the way: There should be a notification that the item has arrived before moving on to mark as delivery. for example an item is shipped from one state to another state or city and the buyer is supposed to pickup from the last bus stop. there should be notifications when the item arrives.

1. Check that if the mail is turned on from Admin Panel > Marketing > Email Templates > Seller Templates

2& 3. Check the notification settings from Admin Panel > Marketing > Notification > Notification Types – Customer

Hi, in the seller/dashboard, when i select the seller/profile on the top right dropdown i alway get redirected to the following message:

this is under my demo account and its activated and verified

Its like the link is missing because i just tested the live demo of active-ecommerce and the profile tab just take you back to the Shop Settings page again.

please I have a question what’s the meaning of (Disable image encoding?)

I always edit my product images withe the product names to rank for image seo but when I try to check the image like add the image link to my description box I noticed the image name have changed…

Then I thought it’s the encoding that’s doing it then I disable but the name is still not showing the original name…

Okay Thanks, check demo too is image name in the uploaded file shows the image name but the link is now changed. I take out time to re-edit my products image url name but I get to know it gets changed and it’s not good for image seo.

I checked here then see that the image encoding is to reduce image size not the name.

Btw you guys are doing a very good job If this issues was not in demo too I will subscribe support to get it fixed but now it’s same in demo and I have paused from uploading products and I will have to reupload images back onces it’s fixed.

Any timeframe when it will be fixed?

Example 1: - It’s not clear that the banner below the header menus is a slider. Wouldn’t it be better to have an arrow icon on the left and right?

I was using early 9.8 version, and when we updated with your new update by downloading new and uploaded update.zip file and click on update button from admin then I got this error. ( Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at root@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. )

It’s clear that the files on your server haven’t been updated correctly. A required database table is missing from your MySQL server. Please download the item again and upload all files properly to your server — once done, everything should work correctly.

What about the auto update? why not I can update from direct admin by just putting my license key, why its required to attack file?

Because this is a full web application, not just a mobile app that loads only the frontend portion, some updates may require database changes as well. Therefore, the type of update process you’re requesting isn’t possible for this system.

Hello — I have a question about how payments work in the system. Is it possible for each store to set up and use its own payment credentials (for example, the store’s PayPal account) to receive sales directly? What I’d like is to offer the payment methods supported by the platform (such as PayPal), but allow each store to enter its own information in the dashboard and receive the funds directly into its own account, without the payments being processed through or passing by my personal account. In other words, I provide the infrastructure and payment options, while each store manages its own credentials and receives payments independently.

However, the feature you’re describing — where each seller can connect and receive payments directly using their own credentials (e.g., their own PayPal account) — is not available in the main version.

If you need this functionality, it can be implemented through customization, where sellers can input their own payment credentials in their dashboard and receive payments directly. Our team can assist you with this as a custom work if you’re interested.

Hi, I have one more suggestion. Currently, when creating a new coupon, there are options for Product, Product Total, and Welcome Coupon. However, there’s no option to create coupons for other categories, such as Free Shipping or Shipping Discounts. I suggest adding all of these options to create a more comprehensive coupon system.
