how to send bulk email to staff login details please guide
Unfortunately currently, there is no option available in Smart School to send bulk emails for staff login credentials similar to the “Login Credentials Send” option available for students under the Communicate module.
For staff members, login credentials are automatically generated and sent to their registered email address at the time of staff account creation.For security reasons, the superadmin cannot view an existing staff password. However, the superadmin can reset or change a staff member’s password from the staff profile page and then manually share the new credentials with the staff member if required.

I have now installed the script on a new domain but when activating the script it tells me that I have already activated the code on different domains so I am unable to activate the script on my current domain

I kindly ned help. During installation on cPanel, I have followed all the steps correctly. However, it gets stuck at the last step.
When I try to create the super admin user and password, after filling the form and clicking OK, it just reloads the same form instead of moving forward.

The following strings are not translatable in your script:
1. EPF Code
2. IFSC Code
3. Local Identification Number
4. Successfully Changes Saved
Some of the phrases are present in the language file, but they will not change on the frontend when updated.
Kindly make them translatable, please, as these terms do not apply in the countries where some of us use your script from. It would be beneficial to change to terminology that our staff and customers are familiar with.

Your Ticket System is not working. I have tried creating a (NEW) Licence Reset request for the past 40 minutes, with no success. I have also tried on your new (temporary) support portal: support.qdocs.in , and nothing worked.
I’ve now used an old ticket to post the request (Ticket: 2731), which is not my ideal pathway. I need to be able to create NEW tickets for new issues. Please assist.

In Smart School you can enable/disable Modules for students and parents from System Settings > Modules from admin panel login, please check this https://i.imgur.com/uaKSXoX.png screenshot. So if you disable any module like if you disable Library module for student then Library module and its all functionalities will be disabled for student and will not show in student dashboard from student panel login and same goes from parent if you disable any module for parent. There is no option currently aviliable from which you can disable or restrict particular functionality for student/parent same like for staff through Roles Permission module.

Please check the following answers to your queries:
1. Currently the Smart School mobile app is only available for Android, and the Smart School Mobile App iOS version was under development as a native iOS app, but since many versions are lagging to release, we have finally decided to move both Android and iOS app development using Flutter, so a single code base can be used to manage both Android and iOS apps, but it will take time to release the Flutter-based iOS app.
The Smart School Flutter App is in the final phase of development and will be released soon. However, it is expected to take approximately 2 to 3 more months to complete and release.
2. Please note that if QR Code / Barcode / Biometric Attendance is disabled from System Settings > General Settings > Attendance type (https://i.ibb.co/dsdmJJpX/attendance-type.png), then by default attendance is marked as present (https://i.ibb.co/zTJx0gf8/disable-present.png), and if it’s disabled, then by default attendance is marked as absent (https://i.ibb.co/3yt03MMy/enabled-absent.png) in Smart School Attendance (for both student and staff attendance).
Regarding “For payments, is it possible to set ‘PAID’ in the same way?”: please note that there is no such option available for this in Smart School. It would also be incorrect to show fees as paid without an actual transaction, as payments should always reflect real transactions to ensure accurate reporting, notifications, and financial records.
3. The SMS/email messaging feature is already available, and you can send messages or announcements or notification alerts to students/parents/staff from the Communicate module.
Also, in Smart School, there is an option present to send email/SMS notifications to students and parents. So if you enable notifications from System Settings > Notification Settings and your email/SMS and cron have been configured properly in your smart school, it will send notifications to students and parents automatically for notifications that you have enabled.
So, for example, in Smart School there is an option present to send email/SMS notifications for fee reminders to the students and parents. So if you enable these options from System Settings > Notification Settings and your email/SMS is configured properly in your Smart School, it will send notifications to students and parents automatically for fee reminders.
4. There is an option to lock the student panel. If the Fees Remaining option is available in System Settings > General Setting > Fees in Smart School, then if you enable it, you will see an option for Fees Payment Grace Period Days (https://i.ibb.co/Lznz4z25/lock-student-panel.png) in which you can set the days so if you do not submit the fees during the grace period, the student’s or parent’s profile will be disabled once the grace period is over. I am encountering a major issue with the discount management system. For instance, if a discount is defined for the 2024-2025 session with an expiration date, and then the 2025-2026 session is created, the 2024-2025 discount continues to appear in the list. This forces us to manually create new discounts for the 2025-2026 session, resulting in an unnecessary accumulation of discounts from the previous year. The time spent sorting and finding the correct discounts is significant and completely counterproductive.
This situation is unacceptable, especially since the software is supposed to simplify our processes. Instead, it is complicating our work, which defeats the purpose of the tool.
The explanations provided regarding fee management do not address this issue. It is crucial that this flaw be acknowledged and fixed promptly. We cannot continue working under these conditions.

1: Just as the Discount and Print options appear in the pop-up window for a single payment, the Print option should also appear in the pop-up window after several months. Otherwise, after collecting the fee, you will go to select the minths and then select Print, which is time-consuming.
2: At fee collection Paid fees should be minimize and unpaid fees show whole due to paid fees and unpaid fees show whole which window has become bigger and has to be seen by scrolling

hi, i liked your software ,, want to buy, before buying i have question ,,,i have checked your complete setup,,, kindly there is issue or confession.. when i download pdf or print student profile so custom fields do not show in pdf view just main fields was there,, i need many custom fields as per our school requirements.. its good there is option but in download custom fields do not show,, let me know about it..
It’s a known issue and soon we will provide a patch to fix it, otherwise, it will be fixed in the upcoming version.
