I was already using the free version and just bought & installed the pro version via the zip file.
1) Where can I find the filter to show instock / out of stock status? 2) I’ve created a product attribute called “percentage”, all products have a numeric value (e.g. 10 / 30 / 5/ 100 etc.). I wanted to enable numeric filtering for those, but it is greyed out in the menu.
Hi cbwkowner
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
1) Stock status filter: https://prnt.sc/mRT3_YUhDaZ0
2) Range slider from numerical attribute: https://prnt.sc/-_paU3bUiqS_
Basically, to use the range slider with attributes, simply select “Taxonomy Numeric” and then choose the required attribute.
Best Regards,
Victor
One of the values have numeric values between 0.00 and 0.50. Is it also possible to support that (right now it’s either 0 or 1)
Yes, that’s possible. You need to go to the filter set, navigate to the required range slider filter, open More Options, and set the desired step value there, like this: https://prnt.sc/AJ7QAdMHkHpZ

I have a copy of FE Pro and am having difficulty adding a filter to a Page using a Query loop.
The Page uses the standard “Page” template within the WP Twenty Twenty-five theme.
I have setup, using ACF, a Custom Post Type (Cases; and two Taxonomies “Industry” and “Service”) and whilst I can create the Filter set to look to the Custom Post Type and use the Taxonomies as filters when I insert the shortcode into the sidebar I either get a message saying the Filter doesn’t work (if I leave everything to default settings – as I have done for a Filter on my main Blog / News page which works okay) or if I select where to apply the filter to Pages and select the correct page with the Query on it) in this instance whilst the filter shows it also shows that there are no posts against any of the taxonomies.
Help!
Thanks,
Simon
Hi Simon
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please send the link to the exact page where you are trying to make the filters work.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor,
Unfortunately, it’s on a standalone server in my office whilst I develop the site and so you will be unable to login.
I’m happy to email you screen grabs if that helps?
Regards,
Simon
Hmm, this would be hard to debug without direct access. Could you set up a live staging site where we can take a closer look? That way, if any other issues come up, we can check and fix them right away.
If a staging site isn’t possible, a video showing the issue could also be really helpful. Just send us a link to the video, and we’ll do our best to help!
Best Regards,
Victor
I’ll see what I can do about creating some form of video to show the issue
Hi Simon
Thank you! Let us know when everything is ready so we can check it.

Victor
I used filter everything pro at my website. I entered the license key of course. Now I moved my website to a subsite of a wordpress multi-site configuration. But in this setup I am not able to enter the licence key.
Ik tried it with and without network activation. At the moment I use the pro version only for one website but I might use it for 2 more websites in the future. https://303protectant.us/ Can you help me how to do this?Hi arttakeovershop
If you have a PRO version of the plugin, please write your request from the account where the plugin was purchased.

Victor
Hi guys.
Great plugin. I’m having some struggle getting the right filters on the right pages. FOr example. I have 4 elementor product archive templates active. 3 main categories and 30+ sub categories that use the same template.
The 3 main archives need a filter that will filter all the related tags and attributes of that category. The 30+ sub archives need a filter that filters only their unique tags and attributes per category.
Can you be of help with this?
Hi Joel1987
You need to create a separate filter set for the exact category page if you want to display different filters on different category pages. You cannot select a specific list of category pages, you can either choose one exact category or apply the filter set to all of them at once.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi. So, to see if I understand correct. I can’t input 1 filter that takes the attributes of whatever category is linked to through conditions?
So in general, if you apply the filters on category pages, they will display filter terms based on the products shown on the pages. You can hide empty filters and empty filter terms using these settings: https://prnt.sc/T0wToLzThDDX
Best Regards,
Victor
Great. I’ll try this. Thank you for the quick response.
Hi. So I added a filter to the template but on non of the product archives it shows. It doesn’t show at all. Is there any chance you can help and check my settings to see where it goes wrong?
Yes, can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Also, please send the link to at least one exact page where the plugins should appear and work.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you. I’ve installed the required plugins and have sent the message with details as requested
So we had to edit the template in Elementor and add the filters widget on the left side.
Then we kept only one filter set active across all category pages. Also, and this is important, your caching is extremely aggressive. To see the filters appear correctly, we had to reset the cache here: https://prnt.sc/KlFrp8OIBgZV
And this one too, just in case: https://prnt.sc/Z1KaARIsNnAV
Then hard refresh the page to see the filters working. Keep that caching in mind when applying any changes.
If you want to display the filters only on specific pages, please create separate filter sets for each category page. This way, the filters will appear only on the pages where the corresponding filter set is applied.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor. THank you. However, this not what I like to see. So for example in zadenhof.nl/peperzaden we have pepper seeds. Pepper seeds have the attribute ‘pittigheid’ (spicyness). I don’t see that in pepper seeds. I also see tags that are only applicable to flower seeds for example. So at the moment the categories don’t get their corresponding tags and attributes. Do you understand what I am saying and is there a solution for this?
Please check the zadenhof.nl/peperzaden page. We created a separate filter set for it using product attribute filters and hid the rest. You can do the same for all your category pages, especially since you’re using an Elementor template, which uses unique queries on each page instead of the default main query.
Best Regards,
Victor
That’s it! Thank you. So for my confirmation: i can just duplicate this filter and set it to the appropriate category and then put the shortcode for every new filter in the corresponding category?
You don’t need to add any shortcodes. There’s one general Elementor template where the filter widget is already placed. On pages where you apply filter sets, the filters will appear; on other pages, that area will remain empty. So, delete the filter set assigned to “categories + any category” and only place filter sets on the specific category pages you want. Duplicate as many as you need, apply them to the required pages, choose the correct post list (the 3rd one in your case), and you’re all set.
Where the filter set will be displayed and what it will filter on that page: https://prnt.sc/PIB3Lo84VB-8
Best Regards,
Victor
Absolutely perfect. Thank you very much!
Hello. I now notice that for example the filters on the below page appear but don’t filter:
https://zadenhof.nl/tomatenzaden/The ones on below do:
https://zadenhof.nl/tomatenzaden/What could be the casuse of this?
All credentials are still active for you to have a look. THank you
Hi Joel1987
The wrong post list is selected here: https://prnt.sc/zRoSV31CNbvG
We haven’t changed it, but as mentioned previously, it’s most likely the third one. You can test it by selecting the first option, hitting the update button, clearing the cache, and then testing it (refresh the page before testing it). Repeat this process with the other options until the posts are correctly filtered on the page. Make sure to clear the cache on the filtered page each time before testing it, as it will otherwise display the previously cached version.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, i’ve tried them all and purged the cache and theme cache after everytime i updated the filter. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with any list. Please have a look and see if I am missing something..

Victor
My customer can’t find the license he purchased. Can you send it via email? If the response is positive, will you charge me a fee to send the email address that he purchased the license?

Hi woodos
There are no additional fees for support. You just need to have active support time on your account to receive assistance.
Please send your client the instructions on this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/license-key-issues/ to get the license key.
Best Regards,
Victor
sorry I wasted your time then I read the procedure
No worries. Have an amazing day!

Hi! I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the appearance of the “Apply filters” button once one of the filters has been selected. For example, via a class or something else, this button changes to a different color when it is active. Thanks in advance Eric
Hi ericbourges
Yes, on a filtered page, the body class “wpc_is_filter_request” is added. You can use this class to modify the button styles with custom CSS. You can place the custom CSS in Filters > Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor, Thanks for the quick reply. That’s fine, I’m already using it. I’d like to modify the “Apply filter” button just after selecting a filter but before clicking it (when the cursor returns to normal): to inform you that it’s clickable.
Hmm, when you click on a filter term, it adds to the container “wpc-filters-main-wrap” the class “is-active” while it updates the rest of the filter terms. Once the update is done, it is removed. Also it is adding the “wpc-filter-request” to the same container as a class.
Best Regards,
Victor
Yes, it’s not bad, but the problem is that the class is only active during rendering and it disappears after
The “wpc-filter-request” class should be present if any filter term is selected, and “is-active” should only be applied during the update process.
If you need something more dynamic, you can use custom JavaScript code tailored to your specific case.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello,
I purchased Filter Everything Pro and downloaded the Wordpress installer and the license. When installed in Wordpress, None of the “PRO” versions are enabled. I’ve installed on a network Wordpress instance with a single site. The plugin was activated only on that site. Your help and guidance will be appreciated – thank you.
Hi gflorez2
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Can you please provide more information about the exact issue? We’re a bit unclear:
1) Are you unable to activate the plugin? Is there any error during activation?
2) Are you having trouble retrieving the license key?
3) Have you activated the plugin, but it’s still not functioning?
Any additional details you can provide will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Best Regards,
Victor
I have AJAX filtering working (thanks to you for some CSS) but the pagination reloads the page. I read in the documentation that the class needs to contain both the results and the pagination – mine does. I did move it one level up as well, but that didn’t seem to fix it either.
The filter is here https://knotionscom2.bigscoots-staging.com/knotions-issues-list/. Can you help! Thanks!
Hi knotions
Unfortunately, the pagination is a separate functionality that is not related to our plugin and is not influenced by it in any way. Therefore, if the pagination refreshes the page, it will not be converted to AJAX pagination. Additionally, we recommend using the default pagination approach with page reloading.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thanks. Is there no way to make pagination be Ajax as well? I’d be fine purchasing a plugin for this.
Hmmm, theoretically, you can check free plugins such as Load More, AJAX Load More, etc. These plugins can modify the pagination behavior and enable AJAX-based loading. However, we cannot guarantee that all such plugins will be fully compatible with our filtering functionality (pagination can ignore filtering). Still, it’s worth trying a few to see if any of them work well for your specific case.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello. I have a problem with activation my license. Here is a purchase code: 64b2a6b7-3bb9-4ea2-8133-bdb7b395c694
I see “Unknown error.” when I use my license key.
Hi zhorec
Please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document.
Also, please attach the license key that you are using, so that we can activate it manually on the site.
The issue is that at some point, either your hosting or internet provider is blocking the connection to the server side.
Best Regards,
Victor
I sent the credentials to you
Hi zhorec
Also, please attach the license key that you are using, so that we can activate it manually on the site. Send it via PM as well.
Best Regards,
Victor
The license is activated, and the license will remain valid as long as the plugin is not deleted from the site.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you. If I change the domain (I will move this website) will my license still be activated?
If you change the domain, you’ll need to follow the same procedure again to activate the plugin and license.
Best Regards,
Victor
Ok, thanks
I can’t find the license key that i bought. If i try to insert the Purchase code your extensions says that is not correct.
Can you help me on finding the license key?
Hi teknetsrl
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Please follow the instructions on this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/license-key-issues/ to get the license key.

Victor
Hi, We purchased the Agency License for Filter Everything Pro some time ago (this license is still listed on your website). For a while now, we’ve no longer been able to update the plugin using the Agency License, and recently we’ve also been unable to register new sites. When we originally purchased the Agency License, it was advertised with lifetime updates for unlimited websites. Could you please clarify why this is no longer working and let us know how this can be resolved? Kind regards, WEBRAND
Hi WEBRAND
We’ve passed the information, so you will be contacted soon regarding this issue.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor,
We just send the credentials. So on the site all plug-ins are disabled except for Filter Everything Pro and WPML. When you go to WPML > Languages > Language-URL-format > Uncheck: Use directory for standard language (In NL: WPML > Talen > Taal-URL-formaat > Uncheck: Directory gebruiken voor standaardtaal)
When this is unchecked, the search on https://dev.bakertilly.be/nl/nieuws/ does work. If it’s checked, it doesn’t. The thing is that we need it checked, but that means the search doesn’t work.
Kind regards, WEBRAND
Hi WEBRAND
It seems like the issue is only affecting the default posts, while everything is working fine for products. We’ll forward this information to the development team so they can investigate where the issue is coming from.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor, thanks! Hopefully they can resolve it. Kind regards, WEBRAND
Hi Victor, I just wanted to check if there was already a patch available?
Hi WEBRAND
We’ve contacted the development team, and unfortunately, there are no updates on this issue yet. The earliest expected timeline for this would likely be in a month or so.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi,
Pre sales question.
Is it possible to have the mobile widget and off canvas filters on desktop? If not via a setting, would there be another way to make this possible?
Thanks
Hi peaktanning
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Basically, you can use the mobile filters widget on both desktop and mobile. On desktop, you can apply some custom styles to make sure they fit your design requirements.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello, the filters on the mobile version arent shown even with the proper settings enabled.
Hi koukstoreofficial
Try to add to the Filters> Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS the next CSS code:
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.wpc_show_bottom_widget .wpc-filters-open-button-container {
display: block !important;
}
}
Best Regards,
Victor
As soon as I click on the filter, the results are updated instantly, without visible loading. And then, how do I set the minimum to maximum product value using the numeric field function?
Hi alessiomarca12
Please send the link to the exact page with the issue so we can check it.
You can create a range slider function using a custom field numeric when creating a filter. The default meta key for price in WooCommerce is _price
Best Regards,
Victor
1)Url: https://toyodissey.com/product-category/gundam/ I would like the price from the minimum available for those filters to the maximum. What do I do?
2)I want that when you click on the desired filter type they update immediately without reloading the page
3) I noticed that on mobile the filters are not displayed. How do I make them display? I would like there to be a filter text at the bottom center of the screen where when I click it the filters open.
Most likely, it’s due to wrong filter configurations, can you please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Best Regards,
Victor
sent via PM the details required to access the site.
1) Price filters: as previously mentioned, the meta key for the WooCommerce price field is _price, not “Prezzi” or any other name. It is a fixed meta key that does not change in WooCommerce.
2) We turned on the AJAX filtering functionality in the Filters > Settings > General. Also, for the filter set on this exact page: https://toyodissey.com/product-category/gundam/ we have added the container class name: https://prnt.sc/xRobSG17ZSkR Here’s where we found that container class on the page: https://prnt.sc/0KhPcqcv3hmb
So you can configure it for the rest of the pages as well.
3) We added a fix to work with your Theme CSS in order to display the mobile button in the Filters > Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS. Additionally we added a small CSS there which is related to your theme:
.row {
flex-direction: column-reverse;
}
This CSS is basically displaying the mobile button at the top because, by default, your sidebar is shown at the bottom of the page. You can remove this CSS and adjust the styles in the page template instead. Here’s the CSS in question: https://prnt.sc/VDkLIBSiYR3S So, when you remove it, make sure you remove only the CSS in the red square in the image.
Best Regards,
Victor
the filters on the mobile version are not visible
The filters are not visible on the mobile version, I would like them under the categories if possible
I’d like the filter button on mobile to be between the subcategories and products, horizontally centered, and larger only on the page with the URL https://toyodissey.com/product-category/gundam/ while for the other pages, I’d like it to be at the top of the products, still centered, and vertically positioned, but only on mobile.
Hi alessiomarca12
At the moment, the mobile filter button is displayed here: https://prnt.sc/CTzjzNoRLEIo on this page: https://toyodissey.com/product-category/gundam/
If you do not see it, please provide information about your browser and OS so we can check it.
You can display the mobile button whenever you want by using the shortcode [fe_open_button]. You can modify your page template to place the [fe_open_button] right after the categories and use your styles to center it. Custom CSS can be added under Filters > Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS.
Best Regards,
Victor
How do I center it and enlarge the button size on mobile?
This method is not specific to our plugin, it applies to any elements on the page.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, where do I insert the selected CSS? What’s the mobile filter button’s CSS name?
You can place your custom CSS even in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add all your styles there.
Do you have a general understanding of how to work with CSS and use the browser’s inspect tools to locate the required classes? Also, are you familiar with CSS specificity, so you can ensure your styles are applied correctly and not overridden by other rules with higher specificity?
If not, then perhaps you need to ask your site developer to apply those changes to the site. Unfortunately, the CSS styling is out of the scope of the support policy: https://prnt.sc/STqN0OBSAqDP
Best Regards,
Victor
I have no knowledge of this. If so, would you be able to do it and how much would it cost me?
We’d love to help, but unfortunately, we don’t have the time to apply customizations, even for an additional fee.
Here’s a small example of how you can find, for instance, the mobile button class names and the styles applied to it via browser tools: https://prnt.sc/Lda8wIOMP9KRThe approach is exactly the same for any element, use your browser’s inspect tools to locate the desired element on the page, check which classes and styles it has, and then use those to create your custom styles. You can even test your CSS directly in the browser to make sure you’re targeting the correct classes before applying them on your site.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello, I’m using tag based filters. But when I tag a variable product, the tag doesn’t appear in the filter? I tried placing the tag by the “parent” product, placing it by the child products and placing them everywhere… But nothing helps… Can it be solved?
Hi Piedidi
Please provide a link to the exact page with the issue so that we can check it.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi team, can you please let me know how to make mobile filter default is not collapsed.
Hi jaynchou123
Please check this page: https://filtereverything.pro/resources/mobile-devices-new-approach/
Let us know if it helped to create a mobile filter.
Best Regards,
Victor
I want to have different filters for different pages. How do I choose which brands I want to display? I have WooCommerce product attributes, but within the brand attribute there are also brands that I don’t want to appear in my brand filter. How do I do that? The second question is how do I set the price?
Hi alessiomarca12
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
1) You can create a separate filter set for each page, and in the Brands filter > More Options > Include/Exclude option: https://prnt.sc/cxltHj2ZYB_N
2) To create a price filter, create a filter using the “Custom Field Numeric” and use the default WooCommerce price meta key _price that’s all you need to do.
Additionally, regarding the displayed brand terms, you can choose to hide filter terms that have a (0) counter. This means only the available brands for the products currently shown on the page will be displayed: https://prnt.sc/fcTFigAvqvaV
Best Regards,
Victor
Is it possible that once the filters have been chosen the page does not update but remains the same dynamically?
Hi alessiomarca12
What do you mean by “remains the same dynamically”? Do you mean the filter terms update based on new products, etc.? Or something else exactly?
Best Regards,
Victor
Hello Staff,
We’re planning to purchase this plugin, but before doing so, we’d like to make sure it works properly with server PHP version 8.2.29. We’ve had problems with another plugin similar to yours, and we’d like to make sure everything works properly before purchasing.
Specifically, we’re concerned that selecting two or more filters will cause the plugin to return a “critical error.”
I hope you can offer more guarantees for this issue.
Sincerely,
Pietro
Hi Pietro
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Yes, it is fully compatible with PHP 8.2. We are running PHP 8.2 in our testing environment. Additionally, we are testing it in a second environment with PHP 8.4 to check for any warnings or errors. This is still in the testing phase.
Best Regards,
Victor
Sorry, so it’s working fine with PHP 8.2? Are you testing it in 8.4? I’m asking again to avoid any misunderstandings.
If it doesn’t work well, will you refund me?
Yes, it is working with PHP 8.2, and we are currently testing it with PHP 8.4 as well. So far, no fatal errors have been observed on 8.4. In any case, if you encounter any issues, we’re always ready to provide a fix. It’s difficult to cover every possible scenario, but if a user reports a warning or similar issue, we’re more than happy to address it.
Also, if you encounter any issues, we can always check the plugin settings directly on your site and identify the root cause in order to fix it.
Best Regards,
Victor
Refund?
Is there a feature that integrates a filter for product stock availability?
Hi Pietro
For refunds, we follow the CodeCanyon refund policy, which is the official policy of the marketplace itself.
Yes, you can create filters for the stock status, and also, there’s a feature to hide the stock status products during filtering.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you very much for your availability.
Hi,
I used filter everything pro at my website. I entered the license key of course. Now I moved my website to a subsite of a wordpress multi-site configuration. But in this setup I am not able to enter the licence key.
Ik tried it with and without network activation. At the moment I use the pro version only for one website but I might use it for 2 more websites in the future.
Can you help me how to do this?
Hi Be-Pe
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
If you are using a WordPress multisite setup, you only need to activate the plugin on the main site. It will then be activated automatically on the other sites within the network. Basically, there will be no license tab.
Best Regards,
Victor
Thank you !!!
When using the filter, the hosting experienced a very heavy load on the processor and database. We checked this by enabling and disabling the plugin in Wordpress. Moreover, the load is constant day and night.

Hi hamsterxl
Most likely, crawlers are continuously crawling the filtered pages, causing the high CPU spike. To resolve this, you can use firewall settings and update your robots.txt file accordingly. In the robots.txt file, you can add rules to disallow crawling of specific query parameters used by the plugin. For example:
User-agent: * Disallow: /*?filtro-offerta=* Disallow: /*?filtro-categorie=* Disallow: /*?filtro-brand=*
And other rules to instruct crawlers which URLs to avoid. You can also contact your hosting support so they can check if there are any specific crawlers causing this issue.
Best Regards,
Victor
