When will a new SaaS model, similar to ChatGPT, be launched? Instead of so many tools that few people understand, something for the common market, for regular people who just want a chat with all the models to ask questions and generate images? I mean, everyone follows the same scheme, but what about one designed for ordinary people? You have nearly 4k potential clients.

The idea is to create a new platform, with a unique chat style, where people can come in and ask questions right away without registration. Since it would be a SaaS platform, it should allow adding paid plans, but in a simple way like ChatGPT, Gemini, and all the others, including all models inside the same chat.
There should even be an automatic model that decides which AI is best for each question. In the same chat, users should be able to upload images and generate results with the same quality as GPT does, not something overly complicated like their platform.
I had people who, even after paying, never used the credits because they didn’t understand how it worked. This should be designed for regular people, not professionals like this one is targeting—for NORMAL people who just want a chat without so many unnecessary options that complicate what they’re looking for.
This has to be something NEW, not the same thing. I’m not talking about an add-on, I mean a new platform, one that nobody has made yet. That way, it could actually have almost the same sales potential as the current script—and I would be one of those buyers.

i just downloased the recent version version and there is no /install folder in it
i have checked in the folders , there is not /install file or folder.
secondly once i launch the installation at domain.com/install , i get an error 404 instead.
i think some else complained about the same thing
? refer to the docs, it is a Laravel script, it never has an install folder. Install is a route, that is how Laravel works, via MVC pattern, all installation steps are explained in the docs. If you are facing an issue, you can crate a support ticket, we don’t provide any support via comments section.
Is it only me or does the installation process indicated in the documentation not work? Trying to spin up an instance of the app both local and on a server and the /install path does not seem to work. Any pointers?

Installation steps there are long verified and works for everyone, make sure that you are installing it in the root directory of a domain or subdomain, and not using any subfolders. Plus check that all required php requirements are enabled in the hosting.

Yes it is on our roadmap for later stages, but current priority is External Chatbots and anything related to that like additional modules for Telegram, Whatsapp, etc, will be released with v8.2 later today as soon as we will test it accordingly prior to making it public.

There was no change in any of the payment gateways recently, refer to the changelogs. Make sure your yookassa account is setup properly, especially the webhooks on your yookassa account. Note that all webhooks are api url, hence they cannot be used directly in a browser. Otherwise create a support ticket to have a closer look at your case.

Not sure what you mean, nothing is deprecated, AI Social Media is in the list and always was, as you can see from our changelogs we are updating all our extensions one by one and introducing new ones as well on a regular basis. Soon there is a major update planned for this particular extension.

phpmyadmin is not part of the script, it is a standalone service in your hosting, we have no clue how md5 related to anything in phpmyadmin at all, if you lost access to your own phpmyadmin panel, you can try to contact your hosting support team to rest your credentials there.

I’m looking into the TTS feature for “Personal API Keys” in order to upgrade to the Extended plan. The documentation does not mention TTS — it only lists “Text – Image – Speech to text (from OpenAI).” 1. Does the Personal API Keys feature support TTS? 2. If TTS is supported, how is credit (characters) calculated when users use their own API Keys? For example: Let’s say I create Group A in the Subscription Plan, set the price to XYZ, and set characters = 0. Then, I enable the “Personal API Keys” feature in the Included Features section (as described in the documentation). When the user uses Text-to-Speech, the system will use their own API Key. In this case, am I correct in assuming that no credits (characters) will be deducted from our system’s quota?
Additional information: I have tested the “Personal API Key” feature in the current (Regular) version. I used a new account and added my OpenAI API Key, but when using TTS, the system still consumed the default credits (characters) allocated to the free account. If this happens, users of this plan will be charged twice (system credits and their own API costs) instead of only using the regular plan configured by the system! Thank you very much!
TTS feature does not support personal API feature. It is for text and image generation features as explained in the docs
