I updated to 8.2 and now I’m having trouble opening some sections. For example, when I try to edit one of the external chatbots I’ve already created and running, I see a 500 error. The upgrade page sometimes gives a 500 error, but if I reload it, it opens normally. There are indeed some issues with this latest update. Please check what might be happening.

Thank you for your reply. Let me explain in more detail what I mean with the Google Calendar extension:
The idea is that the external chatbot should be able to connect with Google Calendar, so that it can:
- Create new appointments: for example, when a user asks the chatbot to book a meeting or schedule a call, the chatbot should add this directly into Google Calendar.
- Check availability: the chatbot could look at the connected Google Calendar to see available time slots before suggesting options to the user.
-Send confirmations/reminders once an appointment is booked, the chatbot could send the user a confirmation message (and optionally reminders) based on the Google Calendar entry.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments: if the user wants to move or cancel a booking, the chatbot should update Google Calendar accordingly.
In short: the extension would make it possible for the chatbot to act as a scheduling assistant, fully integrated with Google Calendar

- Project management tools Like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira, to create and update tasks.
- Payment systems Stripe, PayPal, etc, for handling payments or invoices.
- E-commerce platforms Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, to manage orders or check statuses.
- File and document management Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, for uploading, sharing, or retrieving files.

Moving key features behind an Extended License paywall after purchase with a Regular License undermines buyer trust and may violate both Envato policy and basic consumer protection principles. For new buyers, such licensing changes are valid if stated clearly, but existing buyers must retain access to previously included features or be offered an appropriate upgrade path without losing functionality.
I kindly request that the original features included at purchase be restored and maintained for those of us who bought the Regular License before the update. If such changes are unavoidable, please provide a clear and fair upgrade option or compensation.

I kindly request that the originally included features continue to be available to Regular License buyers as per their original purchase agreement. If an upgrade to the Extended License is necessary for additional or new functionality, this should be offered transparently, without removing previously granted functionality for existing customers.
Unfortunately that is no possible, that was a clear requirement from Envato and we comply with that, and it will remain as it is where SaaS features available only for users with correct licenses which is Extended License. The fact that you decided to violate (intentionally or not intentionally) Envato License policy from day 1 to opt-in for cheaper license type does not mean you are eligible for SaaS features with Regular license. There cannot be and will not be any exceptions as rules are same regardless when you purchased. If you don’t agree with Envato License policy, you are more than welcome to contact them directly to learn more about their license policies.
Please understand that I am not requesting any refund, nor am I disputing the requirement of the Extended License for users who want to charge end customers using SaaS features. I fully acknowledge and respect Envato’s licensing policy that mandates the Extended License for commercial SaaS offerings where end users are charged.
However, my concern is specifically about retaining access to features that were included within the Regular License at the time of my original purchase nearly two years ago. Those subscription and payment gateway features were accessible to me then without requiring an Extended License or additional fees. Removing or restricting those features now, converting them exclusively to Extended License, effectively alters the original license terms retroactively and restricts functionality I was entitled to when I bought the Regular License.
According to Envato Market User Terms and Trusted Updates Guidelines, authors are required to maintain the functionality available at time of purchase for existing buyers and are prohibited from removing significant features without consent. Converting previously included features into paid Extended License add-ons without offering existing Regular License holders an appropriate upgrade path or maintaining their original access contradicts these guidelines and undermines buyer trust.
Therefore, I kindly request that the original Regular License features be preserved as originally granted, with SaaS features remaining accessible to Regular License holders for backward compatibility. For any additional or new features introduced after my purchase, an upgrade path to Extended License is understandable and acceptable, but not the removal of existing rights.

The idea is to create a new platform, with a unique chat style, where people can come in and ask questions right away without registration. Since it would be a SaaS platform, it should allow adding paid plans, but in a simple way like ChatGPT, Gemini, and all the others, including all models inside the same chat.
There should even be an automatic model that decides which AI is best for each question. In the same chat, users should be able to upload images and generate results with the same quality as GPT does, not something overly complicated like their platform.
I had people who, even after paying, never used the credits because they didn’t understand how it worked. This should be designed for regular people, not professionals like this one is targeting—for NORMAL people who just want a chat without so many unnecessary options that complicate what they’re looking for.
This has to be something NEW, not the same thing. I’m not talking about an add-on, I mean a new platform, one that nobody has made yet. That way, it could actually have almost the same sales potential as the current script—and I would be one of those buyers.

i just downloased the recent version version and there is no /install folder in it
i have checked in the folders , there is not /install file or folder.
secondly once i launch the installation at domain.com/install , i get an error 404 instead.

? refer to the docs, it is a Laravel script, it never has an install folder. Install is a route, that is how Laravel works, via MVC pattern, all installation steps are explained in the docs. Installation steps there are long verified and works for everyone, make sure that you are installing it in the root directory of a domain or subdomain, and not using any subfolders. Plus check that all required php requirements are enabled in the hosting.

Yes it is on our roadmap for later stages, but current priority is External Chatbots and anything related to that like additional modules for Telegram, Whatsapp, etc, will be released with v8.2 later today as soon as we will test it accordingly prior to making it public.
