I am working for a client, they purchased the license. Well, my question is about printers configuration. We have SaaS module, and using several business locations. from the documentation, I noticed that a printer server must be installed to use printers as network.
You have mentioned that “Move the pos_print_server to document root (which is htdocs in XAMPP).” What if I am using cPanel? Do I need to upload pos_print_server to cPanel root directory? or this only need to install on the local machine?
We are stuck here, please help

Presale Questions: after review of your demo, I observed you don’t have multi-unit system where each product can have a multiple unit with different price tag specify by the admin. This is a major thing we need in our business. the current multi unit system you have auto calculate the price itself which is not the way we do our sales
Additionally, for instance 6 products can use pack as it’s sub unit which has different number. eg product A = 6packs makes 1 carton, Product B = 8packs make 1 carton, Product C = 12packs makes 1 carton and each has different prices. All this can’t be set. the best way is to set it while adding products or importing products to the software.

1. As of now, for multi-unit, the price is auto-calculated based on the price of the original unit.
2. You can create different units like pack of 6, pack of 12 etc and then add the conversion formaula to deduct stocks accordingly.

Hello Team Webfosters, I appreciate the update. However, all versions are outdated. The “UltimatePOS V” currently supports Laravel 9.5 and PHP 8.1, while the latest version is for PHP 8.5 and Laravel 12, with Laravel 13 set to be released soon. Have a nice day

I mean a button “Email” we can click like the same way we can click to print. I think all applications have that feature to avoid copying the URL and paste inside separate email body.

In List sales, for any sales, there is Action > New Sale Notification, from here you can send Email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications.

I’ve tried that. From New Sale Notification, it only send a notification with invoice number but no invoice is attached. I think you missed out that part which is a very basic thing of any application, being able to send the actual document as attached PDF. I think you should add that option. For the support license I agree and will get it if I need a technical support from you but for now I’m just asking about application functionalities that anyone can ask about on here.
