I find it very unfair that i purchased a ticket to fix a problem some time back and now that the ticket is expired the problem is back and it is severely affecting my business. I keep getting complaints. I will not be purchasing another ticket to fix the same issue. Please check back my previous open tickets to see my problem. The locker is not displaying the section for subscribers to login.
The knowledge base articles are among the oldest and most outdated I’ve ever experienced. Even the instructions in the actual plugin itself (as appears on items like Social Connect), are extremely outdated and unhelpful. It’s frustrating how old and unhelpful the online help actually is. Still can’t get Google social connect to work, and the button on the template is terrible. Even the placement (at bottom of Register screen) is horribly senseless. Register with a social account always goes at the top of the registration form, for obvious reasons. And the button should be large and bold and the standard color as on all other sites. People look for it.
Plugin is okay, but be aware that they haven’t added any new mail provider options in a long time. You’re stuck with the over-priced options. No MailerLite or Brevo. And I’d happily pay for an add-on to use either service. I’d also happily pay for a third-party plugin should a developer create one.

One question. I have Ultimate Membership Pro integrated with WooCommerce to sell subscriptions to an online newspaper, and it works well. However, when customers pay through one of the automatic payment gateways, I always have to manually change the order status from “Processing” to “Completed” for the subscription to take effect.
Is it possible to automate this process for successful automatic payments?

Can i resell it on any other website or can I change it with any new buyer with you? Even with alittele lower price as I used the plugin year ago? It is not allowed to resell the purchased licenses or to distribute them. Moreover, all licenses are linked with their envato account.
Hi! I am using Membership Pro for Joomla along with JoomDonation. I am switching over to Wordpress for this new client, want to use Membership Pro (if it is the equivalent to the Joomla version) again. My question is, can I setup ways for Members to make donations vs just paying their annual membership dues? I setup the Donations in Joomla using JoomDonation and its perfect. Hoping there is a way I can do the same in Wordpress??

You can set the system in order to leave the option for members to choose how much they wish to pay for memberships. You can even mention the limits. It will follow the same scope as it does for a donation script.

UMP system manage and sale memberships, so members should choose the desired membership and after that to choose how much they wish to pay for it. Where you display those memberships in order members to choose, is up to you.

Yes, it works with PHP 8.3 as well but we recommend 8.1. being more stable

Is the buddypress invitation system compatible with this plugin?
I’m not sure what that system is and how could or could not be compatible with UMP system.
Well, from Buddypress you invite people, which it already does natively, and this plugin redirects said invitation to the registration area.
Once buddyPress is based on WP users like Ultimate Membership Pro, I see no reasons why they may not work together.

I’m experiencing an issue after upgrading the plugin from version 12.9 (my current version) to the latest version 13.4. After the update, my WordPress login page displays a critical error message.
I had to revert back to version 12.9, which is currently working fine.

There seems to be a problem with the license Revoke function from WordPress. The website has since been deleted, but the license still seems to be active on that domain. Please can you revoke the UMP license for rapidsykyhelicopters.com for my username revigliocarolina. Many thanks!
