I’m experiencing an issue after upgrading the plugin from version 12.9 (my current version) to the latest version 13.4. After the update, my WordPress login page displays a critical error message.
I had to revert back to version 12.9, which is currently working fine.

There is an addon in order to integrate Dokan Multivendor system in UAP: https://ultimateaffiliate.pro/addon/dokan-integration/Vendors may easily set rates for their products. If they are affiliates, may share affiliate links for their products and even bringing more affiliates into the system and in their MLM tier.
Still, the vendors cannot control or see the affiliates performances or proceed payouts.
How do I use/recall Membership IDs in the “Display None” function or other custom code?

To extract the membership levels of the logged in user, I need to use this: ihc_get_user_levels ?
You may use the shortcode itself in PHP files once WordPress allows that via its own functions.
Otherwise, if you need a PHP function for checking the user’s membership, you may use: ihc_user_has_level

We want to have a two membership plans for our digital graphic products selling online shop. In “Basic” plan, customer can download limited number of products (upto 200 credits worth products) per month. In “Unlimited” Plan, customer can download everything in the site.
Every site visitor can see all products. But when they click on “Download” button they redirected to above membership plan page.

This particular workflow cannot be achieved with the Ultimate Membership Pro system, unfortunately. There is no way to manage memberships, like the number of download credits per month.

What if we give only one plan, “Unlimited Access”?. Where memebers can download all items by clicking on the button “Download” in each product pages.
Non users can see all digital products. But when they click on “Download” button it leads to pricing page.

Yes, this approach can be managed with the Ultimate Membership Pro system; all you need are two different download buttons in the product pages template.
That’s great. For non-subscribers the button will be “Subscribe to Download”. For subscribers they will see “Download” button. When they click on it a digital file will download. How we will do it with this plugin?
You can easily do this with the plugin once you are able to manage/edit the template PHP file where that button is showing up, or by placing a shortcode around it

Depending of your chosen payment service, you may proceed this from UMP Dashboard, when you edit plans for each user or via the Payment processor Dashboard. You will find link to access the via Payments table.

Hi, We have a client using Membermouse and reoccuinrg billing in Stripe. Someone asked you in the comments 8 years ago about migration from Membermouse to Ultimate Membership Pro and the reply was vague.
What’s the situation now? Is it possible to migrate users from MemberMouse to your platform? I am assuming I can not import the reoccuing billing aspect as that is connected to Stripe, so do I need to cancel everyones account (there’s around 120) and effectively start them off again with a new reoccuring billing plan? You will be able to migrate users and their subscriptions in the Ultimate Membership Pro system, but, indeed, the recurring charges will not continue, so members will have to re-submit to a new membership via Ultimate Membership Pro.
Ok thank you. One other question. The reason for moving is because my client is experiencing issues with reoccuring billing and Stripe. The reoccuring payment is taken but it’s not updating MemberMouse to reflect this and locking valid users out as not paid.
I noticed that a person called ‘alicegrd’ using your plugin had the same issue 2 months ago. Were you able to resolve the issue? I do not want to migrate then find the same issue. Thank you.
That situation was not generated by any issue inside Ultimate Membership Pro. Stripe is used by over 70% in Ultimate Membership Pro. Over 30k WordPress websites process charges via the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin using the Stripe payment service without any issue.
