1) In the upcoming updates, can you make an option to upload a custom favicon for the custom domain to be associated, as it is one of the most requested features by the users. This allows them to have a favicon on the shorts frame links and bio page associated with their domain without having again upload in bio page case.
2)When a customer is a premium user, there should not be a website name in the custom meta title and description for the short link and bio page, as we can bundle this in the branding feature.
3)I think in the bio page editing, you need to give two options: one with a save button and another with auto-save, because some users prefer the automatic update of the changes and others prefer saving manually with the save button. So, provide two options for users to select from.

4) Also, there is a problem with importing the links. When the file contains more than 100 links, it seems to get stuck and does not process the file and links.
I had more than two or three import processes pending; I didn’t know it until one of our users informed me about the links not being processed.
Do I need to set up cron jobs to process the import files automatically? If so, how do I set a cron job on the server?
5) The script seems to adopt the browser’s language settings, which in my case is German. However, when I switch everything to English, it is preferred. Here’s the problem: every time I log in, I have to change the settings. It would be good if Veshort would “remember” my last settings and not adopt the browser settings.
This is one of the suggestions the user requested.
How can I make the user-selected language the default, not the browser one?
6) The notification system displays messages even when users read the message multiple times, and it is quite annoying to see some messages show up as new messages again and again. We should provide an option to users select messages as read to prevent them from showing as new messages in the dashboard every time users log in.

4) Yes you need to setup the cron job to process files other they will not run
5) If you manually change the language and have cookies enabled, it will save your preference.
6) The notification only shows the icon when you have a new message or you clear your cookies.

Which captcha system are you using? Perhaps the API key is wrong. You can disable captcha via phpmyadmin by going to database > settings table > find ‘captcha’ and set the value to 0

Hello, I have created an “Admin Plan” which is free of charge and hidden from public view. My admin account has been correctly assigned to this plan. However, at the beginning of each month, my account is automatically reverted back to the standard free plan. When assigning the plan to the account, it is important to change the “Expiration Date” as well as the script uses that date to revert users to the free plan.

I’ve encountered an issue where a user purchased a subscription using Stripe, and the payment is showing as successful on the Stripe dashboard. However, the user’s subscription or plan is not being activated on our website.
Could you please check why this is happening? It seems like the Stripe webhook might not be firing correctly, or our system is not handling the event properly after the payment is completed.

That is because the updater did not run correctly on your server. After logging in as admin go to https://refertowin.net/update and click on Update.

Make sure to sync your plans, it might be related to that. You can sync plans in admin > plans > top right corner.

We are using your script and truly appreciate its functionality. However, we have a suggestion that could significantly improve workflow efficiency.
We shorten dozens of links every day, often for the same campaign. Setting UTM parameters manually for each link is becoming time-consuming and repetitive.
We would greatly benefit from a UTM parameter template feature—the ability to define and save common UTM settings (campaign name, source, medium, etc.), and then apply them with a single click via a dropdown menu when creating or shortening a new link.
This would eliminate repetitive manual entry, reduce errors, and save time for high-volume users like us.
If there is a way to implement this with the current version, we’d appreciate any guidance. If not, we kindly request that you consider adding this feature in a future update.

I testing before buy. Why when user expire trial is automatic downgrade? Why not just block adding new QR codes and disabled statistics, edit etc? There should be option what happen when plan expire, no automatic downgrade. Its not normal for SaaS. Thanks
