I have three questions,

1. Say i want to export a companies information am i able to separate each compnay to their own database or will it be mixed with all the other companies data one database.

2. If a client called eric has an account with one company in the saas and another competing company also using th same saas service want to create an account for eric to send him estimates or proposals. will that create an error due to duplication of info for eric in database?

2. You can create and share estimate or proposal for only same company.

Multi-tenancy Support: The ability for each client to have their own dedicated subdomain with separate login and sign-up pages.

Embeddable Forms: An option to create various types of forms that can be embedded on any external website.

Store Enhancements: Improvements to the e-commerce section, specifically:

Easier management of product categories and sub-categories.

Support for multiple warehouses or inventory locations.

An improved overall shopping experience for the end-user.

The ability for each client to have their own dedicated subdomain with separate login and sign-up pages ( right only login , no signup option for each sub-domain directly) – for product i know it’s there, but it’s not easy to find and manage, previous version was okay, if the can add option to add store so user can directy product , services and license trought build in store it’s going to be great, Thank you

Yes each company have their own subdomain and separate login page. But signup page will be common as main domain. Please contact via support ticket for more details.

Mobile app is completely free which you can download from play store and app store. We do not sell it. If yuo have extended license you can even get the source code.

Is the Saas version for multitenancy? What is the key difference between Saas and non Saas versions?

We use a single database. All features are same. except one is saas and other is non-saas

Yes, the SAAS version is Multi-Tenancy. Non saas version works for single company and SAAS version works for multiple company in worksuite.

It’s been almost months since I provided the login details to this author to assist me with the server error I am fixing. My support for this product expires within a month. I think they are waiting for it to expire so that I will be forced to pay for support again; if not, I don’t see why they have been ignoring my request.

We’re experiencing a 500 server error on our instance of WorkSuite CRM when a client attempts to upgrade their plan and selects Paystack as the payment method. The error occurs at the following path:

swift Copy Edit /public/account/settings/billing/payfast-pay However, this endpoint seems to reference PayFast, not Paystack, even though Paystack is selected. It’s possible that there’s a misconfigured route or conflict between the payment gateways.

Here are the details:

We are using the latest version of WorkSuite from CodeCanyon.

The .env file contains the correct Paystack credentials and API URL.

The error occurs after selecting Paystack and attempting to proceed with payment.

Laravel returns a 500 error, but we suspect the issue lies within the controller or route handling Paystack.

Could you please:

Review the Paystack integration and confirm the correct route is used.

Check if there is a controller issue or missing data causing the failure.

Let us know if there’s a patch or update we should apply to fix this.

We’d really appreciate your urgent assistance on this matter.

Am I permitted to create a subdomain of my already activated main domain—not for a new installation, but to copy the existing installed files and database to the subdomain using the same license? If so, how long does it typically take to get it activated?

Sorry your query seems very confusing. Are you asking you want multiple installations?

The idea is to check for any errors in each update on the subdomain before updating the actual domain. If so, how long does the subdomain typically take to get activated?

Just go ahead and install on subdomain. You will be prompted to submit subdomain request if required which gets approved in 30 min

after awhile i was able to upgrade to latest version, because was not loading. looks like downloading invoice is giving 500 error

We have feature of square payment gateway for invoice payments. To enable this setting go to Settings -> Payment Credentials -> square and enable it and insert its credentials.

I am getting the same error like others. Similar to “cjbizent”, I am getting the same issue since last 4 hrs after updating with latest version 5.5.01. Also, having error 500 while opeing Task after installation of Version 5.5.0.

You are still missing the change in the Taskboardcontroller, you cant view the task board either. This is why i posted them all here in this thread , because there was more than one
