How many sim can we use?how many number can we use? If i have 2 sim that can send 100sms only can it finish the sms in the first sim and continue with the second sim?

It uses the SIMs you selected to send messages, so if you select both SIM while sending it will split messages between those SIMs, so each SIM will send 50 messages.

It supports adding third party gateway in beta version, but there is no official integration with alphasms you have to add API format for that and it should work.

There is no device limit so you can use 3 dual SIM devices and select all SIMs while sending. It will split messages between 6 SIMs in that case. You can try out a demo using the following link to check out this functionality.

can i change the number of the sim to put a name?

No, your number will be visible to the receiver. It is not possible to show name instead of number.

today i build app and when i am trying to login its showing “The android id field must be 16 characters.”

My Phone Android Version is 7.1.2.

Tried both way to login. with QR code and also with username and password. same issue.

No, fultterwaves is not supported. It has support for Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Razorpay and Crypto.com in latest beta version. Although it is possible to add the new payment gateway easily, but you still have to do some code for it.

Which version of Android you have and which version of app are you using? Latest version of the app should be compatible with newer version of Androids, so make sure you are using latest version of the app.

Sorry for the late reply. You don’t need to use third party services like Twilio. This app uses your Android phone SIM to send messages. You just have to install the app on your phone and connect it to a web app hosted on your server. After that, whenever you send a message from web app or using the API it will go through your phone SIM.

Do you add Flash SMS in the next update?

It is not possible to add support for flash SMS so there is no plans to add it.

Yes, It is possible to do that. There is an older version demo for this, but it won’t work with demo version as it has different API. It includes both the Stable version and Beta version that is shown in demo when you buy it. The following app will work with stable version, as it uses the stable version API. I may update it in future for a new version once it is out of beta.

You can still host it and test your changes with the same license code, but it will not allow you to add any device to the system. It is not needed to add device to test changes usually so it should be fine. It follows the CodeCanyon licensing.

You can only run one instance per purchase code. It can be domain, subdomain or PC. You can still transfer it to another domain by just removing the app from the previous domain if you want to transfer it.

i upload the csv on the format, but no error, nothing happens the files loads and does nothing. there is a maximum no of messages/no limit?

It can happen if you didn’t schedule the cron job properly. For bigger files, it uses cron job to import contacts.

It is recommended to schedule the cron job directly using PHP, as shown in the guide. When you schedule using curl it will be subject to your server’s timeout, which is not the case when scheduling directly using PHP.

There is a bug in Namecheap cPanel that causes it to remove the “includes/functions.php” file. Just add it again and it should work. If the issue persists, then open a support ticket on the following portal with your cPanel credentials and I will take a look.

We’re trying to use the new software that uses Laravel. I’ve installed the software correctly, but when we try to send campaigns, it’s stuck on Queued status, and the buttons such as Retry and Cancel, gives an error message.

Is this a feature that isn’t working yet? Is it a license problem? What seems to be the problem?

Make sure you have added a cron job correctly, and it is working. You can see the cron job command in Settings→General. It will also show the last execution time for the cron job. The campaign doesn’t work without a cron job. You can also disable the “Queue long-running jobs” feature in Settings→Misc, and it will send the campaign without relying on cron job, but I don’t recommend it. Using cron will make it more resource friendly for your server.
