Smart Hospital currently doesn’t have a SaaS version; however, we are working on its SaaS version and it will take time to release.

Yes, you can use Smart Hospital only for the pharmaceutical store, and also, if you want, you can enable/disable modules like IPD, OPD, etc. from Setup >Settings > Modules in Smart Hospital, according to your needs. When will the new update be released?. We want to purchase new license and use for pharmacy store only but we don’t want to install now and start reinstalling new update again.

If I buy the Smart hospital now and set it up for pharmacy store usage and the new version is released later, will your team migrate me to your new version because this is what is delaying me from purchasing a new license

Unfortunately we don’t recommend and provide support to use Smart Hospital on Windows IIS web server, If you will check then LAMP ) environment is best suits for PHP based application so we will suggest to setup LAMP ((Linux apache MySQL PHP)) using Ubantu Linux OS but we will never recommend to use IIS web server for PHP application because IIS server implementation for PHP application is just experimental and not recommended for production use.

Yes you can host Smart Hospital on windows server (which supports php & mysql) too but its not recommended. If you will host Smart Hospital on windows IIS server then you have to configure url rewriting rules as per IIS web.config where Smart Hospital uses .htaccess file which has url rewriting rules for apache web server. For best performance and all features availability it is recommended to use Smart Hospital on Linux based apache web server.

I was trying to add filling only manadetory fields. But cannot add any doctor in your demo… showing data saved successfully. You can also check.

It is not possible to add without Department. Again, department is not a required field in your system. However, the data is being saved but the data is not being displayed. This is a bug. It would be better if we could control the mandatory fields from frontend. That is, we could manage which fields will be mandatory in the appointment. For example, the discount mandatory field.

Unfortunately, currently the sending notifications/updates option is only available through SMS and email, and there is no option to send notifications through WhatsApp. However, we will try to add it in upcoming updates of Smart Hospital, so then hopefully you will be able to send billing invoices, fee details, after-payment receipts, etc. through WhatsApp.
