We suggest integrating the FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard into Smart Hospital. FHIR enables secure and standardized medical data exchange (patients, encounters, prescriptions, results, imaging) across facilities and third-party applications. This would support a shared medical record, improve interoperability with other healthcare systems, and prepare the platform for national digital health projects.
rounding off option not available while billing.. when will u add? and when will u release next version?
Currently in Smart Hospital, the rounding-off option is not available while billing; however, if we get sufficient requests for this feature, then we will try to add it in upcoming future updates of Smart Hospital.

Unfortunately currently there is no option available to add/show a barcode on a slip like OPD, IPD and others, however, we will try to add this option in future updates of Smart Hospital.

The upcoming version update of Smart Hospital will not include full accounting features such as balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow reports. However, we will try to add full accounting features in the next major update of Smart Hospital. Hopefully this future update will meet your accounting report requirements..

I have a question before I make a purchase. Can your HMIS work with SNOMED-CT?

Smart Hospital currently doesn’t have a SaaS version; however, we are working on its SaaS version and it will take time to release.
can smart hospital be used for only a pharmaceutical store that is not a hospital
Yes, you can use Smart Hospital only for the pharmaceutical store, and also, if you want, you can enable/disable modules like IPD, OPD, etc. from Setup >Settings > Modules in Smart Hospital, according to your needs. Can I install on Windows Server 2019?
Unfortunately we don’t recommend and provide support to use Smart Hospital on Windows IIS web server, If you will check then LAMP ) environment is best suits for PHP based application so we will suggest to setup LAMP ((Linux apache MySQL PHP)) using Ubantu Linux OS but we will never recommend to use IIS web server for PHP application because IIS server implementation for PHP application is just experimental and not recommended for production use.
Yes you can host Smart Hospital on windows server (which supports php & mysql) too but its not recommended. If you will host Smart Hospital on windows IIS server then you have to configure url rewriting rules as per IIS web.config where Smart Hospital uses .htaccess file which has url rewriting rules for apache web server. For best performance and all features availability it is recommended to use Smart Hospital on Linux based apache web server.
