Smart Hospital currently doesn’t have an SAAS version; however, we will soon release an add-on for it, and we are working on the Smart Hospital SAAS version, and it will take time to release.

I was trying to add filling only manadetory fields. But cannot add any doctor in your demo… showing data saved successfully. You can also check.

It is not possible to add without Department. Again, department is not a required field in your system. However, the data is being saved but the data is not being displayed. This is a bug. It would be better if we could control the mandatory fields from frontend. That is, we could manage which fields will be mandatory in the appointment. For example, the discount mandatory field.

Unfortunately, currently the sending notifications/updates option is only available through SMS and email, and there is no option to send notifications through WhatsApp. However, we will try to add it in upcoming updates of Smart Hospital, so then hopefully you will be able to send billing invoices, fee details, after-payment receipts, etc. through WhatsApp.

Medical laboratories or Laboratory module is already available in Smart Hospital please check Pathology module for Medical laboratories module. Pathology module should be used as Medical laboratories module just add your lab tests in pathology module or if you want you can change pathology name to laboratory.
