Does your plugin work with a gallery plugin?

Hi there – has something happened / is there an issue with WP 6.8.3 and Image HotSpot 1.3 – all the pins have disappeared and not ‘dropping’ in since (I assume) the latest WP update.? This has been working fine since purchase, and we have another image hotspot map on the same site that just has the static hotspots, no animated drop in, and thats working fine.

Hi, presales question – does your plugin support marker groupings?

We need a hotspot plugin to go over a custom image, but there is a large number of hotspots – I wondered if your plugin supported zooming and grouping, so the default view shows say 10 markers, you click into a marker and it zooms to reveal 10 further markers within that grouping (if that makes sense?)

Hello. I installed your plugin on a dev website and I’m running into what appears to be a conflict between your plugin the menu.

There’s a couple areas where the content has changed. Note the main navigation menu on this page now has little black arrows next to the menu items. That’s the major one. The next conflict is it is making some of the paragraph text indent about 25 pixels on the left side.

Hello, This plugin is reliable and is used and works well from years on one of my my website.

I don’t have any more access with my old licence to the support of the plugin, but I don’t need help, I juste want to report a bug that happens at least in Firefox desktop browser (up to date) : If my tooltip/popover has a link filled in the field “link for the icon”, the link is opened each time I move the point on the image. Then, to just move a point that has a link, it is mandatory to erase the link field, save all, move my point, paste the link, save again. Very annoying. Can you make something for this ? Thanks !

but when we add the image to the hotspot it seems to be reduced in size to 300px by 165px. We didn’t change any settings so we can’t see why this is happening. Here is a link to an image on a hot spot:

How do you adjust the overall size of an image map.

I have an image map where the background is 400px by 500px, yet in the interface and on the front end, it expands to 100% of the width of the row.

Hope you’re well and thank you for the plugin! I have been using it whilst developing a site for a client and so far it’s been a breeze,

I have come across a usability bug in the backend, however that you should probably be aware of:

When creating a Tooltip hotspot and enabling the “link for the icon” function, with target _self, on clicking the icon within the preview window below to position it on the page, the link will activate as if you’re on the page and redirect you before you have a chance to save your newly placed hotspot.

Another issue is that on touch enabled devices when you tap to hover the tooltip, it will automatically take you to the linked page before you have a chance to see what the tooltip says.

Let me know if/when you can have a look at this as it is an issue for us, if we are doing something wrong ourselves please enlighten me as to how to work around it,
