Don't ever ask for refund for buggy software - the author just refuses flatly and usually Envato backs up the "developer". I come to expect nothing less than disgusting service from Envato.

Sorry to hear this, I can't see the video you sent, maybe the link is wrong, this plugin doesn't change anything of the shortcode output, so you can try to add some custom script to make the contact form working fine in the tooltip content. The problem can be fixed with the contact form not this plugin.

I eventually got the plugin to look the way I wanted it to, but it did take quite a few back and forth emails with the author to get that done. For someone who has little knowledge of CSS, it wasn't quite as straightforward for me, but eventually got it and it looks great.
Great plugin but then there is a virus detected when using this plugin.

I had a problem with my theme not allowing the plugin to work as it should. The developer answered my support request quickly and pointed out the problem. I was so surprised to get such a quick response and reason why it was not working.

its not accurate. on mobile all icons seem to align to the left.
not mobile, not precise, and very troublesome to work with.
Not able to drop hotspots exactly where you need them. Poorly designed

Made my Map, with AVADA Theme one of the biggest....
And the Image is not like the one in the Plugin, so no Hotspot will fit, i have to try try try by my own to get the spots in the right position
Very easy to use, nice icons and good customer support.
Frustrating, and poorly designed. Cannot believe anyone would put out software that forces images and videos to "popup" display right off the screen where viewers cannot see what you bought this software to show them. The fact that this software has been on the market as long as it has without fixing this is shocking. So buggy I had to spend money to buy a better designed software as this one made my landing page hotspot graphics impossible to use. Doesn't even allow you to select the size of your display image. Had to custom code teh page to get proper displays.
