For there is live preview on the backend, it’s highly recommend to edit your hotspot directly in your server site. But you can use the WordPress’s built-in tool to export the image hotspot’s data (Tool>export), and import it lately to another WP site with http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/ installed.
