I have a SAAS platform that creates clients on different levels/packages, however, it does not offer a subscription module.

It does have an API to allow remote creation of clients – can ARMember ‘talk’ to the SAAS to create (and manage) a membership once subscribed/paid for?

Hello, all our clients using your plugin (+20 domains). Now we installed in all our client projects wpml translation plugin. After we doing this we get a randomly an 404. We disabled plugins one by one and it ends to your plugin: when armember is enabled and wpml also enabled we get 404 error. WPML told us this problem is known with your plugin because +600 tickets are open with that issue on wpml side and the developer of this plugin and the plugin developer of armember shoud fix it. We installed fresh wordpress + armember + wpml plugin. Do you plan to fix that issue soon? If not we have to switch all subscriptions to another membership plugin. BR Tommy.

I cannot deactivate my license because the activation is on an old domain that no longer exist (visiotorah com). How can I activate the plugin in a new website? Can you deactivate it manually, I didn’t see the option in account on your website?

Hello! I am using Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce for payment,

when I click on test connection it show Internal Server Error, I tried to disable all plugins and finally I saw that the problem appear when I activate your plugin

Okay, I’ll try, but in the comments below, this isn’t the solution. PagSeguro announced that it has changed its API and the old one would be valid until March 30, 2025.

Another question, where can I suggest new functions in the plug-in?

One thing I missed is showing restricted content to non-subscribers. Google would index it and attract more visitors to the site.

Do I understand correctly that Armember can only be used if you have ONE single product in one single Stripe account? If you have more than one (i.e. sold through different websites), it won’t work, because you need Stripe Elements and Armember doesn’t support Stripe Elements?

Yes, ARMember does provide a facility to select prepopulate plan based on the passed parameter in the URL so, accordingly you will able to pass the URL to the plan form and also, you can hide the plan selection area from the admin panel so, plans will not be visible on the plan form and member can proceed to purchase membership plan.

You need to update the PagSeguro plugin urgently. All subscriptions that are renewed in PagSeguro appear as “failed” in Armember and suspend the subscriber’s plan for no reason. And for months, since PagSeguro announced the new API, 1 year ago, subscription cancellation does not work in Armember. When I remove a plan from a user, the plan is not automatically canceled in Pagseguro (as it happens with PayPal).

And now there is another problem, it is no longer possible to cancel a subscription directly through the Pagseguro website, they say that I have to cancel it through the API, but how can I cancel it through the API if the plugin has not communicated with Pagseguro for months?

I was using version 2.0 all these months because it is the only one that worked when the user made a new purchase or a new subscription, but when it comes to canceling a subscription, it does not work.

And versions 2.1 and 2.2, I don’t even need to mention, neither of them work for new purchases, much less for canceling a customer’s subscription.

I am no longer using the Pagseguro addon due to these series of problems that I have been reporting for months and you have done nothing about this outdated addon.

However, I may end up having disputes opened because it is impossible to cancel the subscriptions of users who used Pagseguro.

Three questions:

1. was everything created with ARMember?

2. armember probably can’t do that, at least looking at the documentation and the backend. I’m assuming it’s coded, right? I’m asking for the simple reason that we need to know if we automate this with the plugin or if we need to create a custom table.

In order to clarify your concern, if you decide to get the plugin from here, then yes, you will have access to all the inbuilt addons, and also you will be able to enjoy the core plugin i.e. ARMember Pro.

However, if you wish to use any of the exclusive addon other than the one included, then you can simply purchase them separately as per your convenience and then you can install it at your site and activate the license, and can directly use them without any other additional setup.
