For the ARMember Direct Login Addon, it appears you’re currently using an old version of direct login addon. Please visit this link to download the latest version: https://www.armemberplugin.com/downloads/direct-login-armember/ and then run the install. After completing the update, kindly check the page again.

Thanks for the update!

In order to seamlessly upgrade to the latest version, do not delete the plugin, however you can simply upload the .zip file of the latest version for the ARMember Lite and run the installation same as you install/update any other plugin at WordPress. Also it is suggest you take a comprehensive backup of your currently plugin so that is there is any issue raised during the update process then you can revoke to the backup.

I am reaching out to request the removal of the license associated with my previous domain, colemanhughes.org. The domain is currently inactive and has expired, and I am unable to activate the license on a new domain due to the following error message:

“This purchase code is already activated at colemanhughes.org. Please deactivate the license from your currently activated domain by clicking the Remove License button.”

Additionally, I noticed that to remove the license, I would need to renew the support for this purchase code, which is currently expired. However, the cost to renew support for six months is quite expensive for me, and I feel it is unfair to be required to pay this amount just to resolve an issue related to an expired domain.

I kindly request that you consider assisting me with the license deactivation without the need for support renewal. Your understanding and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The ARMember Plugin provides you the ability to create the free plan, and the paid finite, paid infinite, and paid subscription plans too.

The bit I am confused with is ARMember can handle login and content restriction, but if we have custom user profile field which platform should we do that in and will they always be in sync everytime someone changes their profile?

We’re using ARMember to manage our memberships. Currently, when a user completes the membership form and proceeds to the cart, they can go through the process again and purchase a second membership — even if one is already active.

We’d like to know if there’s a way to prevent users from purchasing a new membership when they already have an active one. Ideally, the system should either block the second attempt or display a message informing the user that they already have an active membership.

Could you please let us know if this is possible, and if so, how we can set it up?

ARMember provides a facility to “Hide Current Plans” from the ARMember -> Configure Plan + Signup form -> Edit Setup form page. Hello, Can the order form for Subscriptions, Gifts and Umbrella Groups be shown on one form? I currently use Gifts add-on and people need to purchase a Gift on a different form from Subscriptions. This is becoming confusing for some purchasers and people redeeming gifts. If I use the Group Umbrella add-on, will I need a third form? Thank you.

Currently, the Gift Membership is a separate add-on that works differently from plans, so it requires a separate purchase form to keep the process streamlined. However, I’d like to inform you that using the Group/Umbrella Membership add-on will not necessitate a third form for group purchases, you can include a Group plan at the Subscriptions form itself.

Thank you for your reply. I had to remove the form for gift purchase addon because it was just too confusing for members. Two members didn’t realize they were ordering gifts… even though I had it clearly marked. They said the forms looked too similar…. Please, if possible can the gift purchase be placed on the same form as subscriptions as a feature request? Thanks.

ARMember does provide a facility to list the member at the frontend using Member Directory, but unfortunately, it will not be possible to manage the members from the front-end. It will be possible from the admin panel.

To download the latest version of the ARMember Gift Addon, log in to the ARMember website and navigate to “My Account”. Click on the My Downloads tab. Download the latest version purchased Addons according to your requirements. Once downloaded, you can upload it to your WordPress panel and install the addon just like any other plugin.
