I’m looking to renew support but I still dont find your solution complete in terms of accounting. I will 2 or 3 concerns out of quite few issue with your system

1.In your code module or in book keeping module I cant find the option to enter ‘Receipt voucher’? like a payment from a party without any sales.

2. Is payment account linked to chart of account / accounting module? – I mean if we use accounting module, then do we still need payment account? – And Profit and loss not linked to accounting module?

yes definitely. My other questions are. 1. does it support offline versions 2. does it have a mobile version or more like a flutter app,clients can access and use it to generate a quote or proforma and send to the office for payments?

1. If you install it on localhost, it’ll work offline. But when installed, it server; it needs to be online to use it.

2. There is a mobile app that works offline by syncing data and they you can create quotations.

Hello, when can we have functional mobile and desktop apps that can work offline and sync data back online when internet is restored?

The quotation feature in the POS module is currently not effective. For some items that are either not available in stock or are newly introduced products, we are unable to add them to the POS screen to generate quotations or production orders. I would like to request an improvement where the quotation function can automatically allow adding products that are not currently in stock or even newly created products directly into the quotation list, without requiring them to be pre-existing in the inventory.

Hello, Yes, to give a quotation for products with 0 stock better to use Sales screen as there you can select the status before adding products so this products get added.

, I have encountered an issue where the multiple product selection and delete function in the product list (Products > List Products) does not work as expected. After selecting multiple products and clicking the delete button, the action fails to execute. Additionally, I strongly suggest enhancing product management and retail capabilities by adding Serial Number and IMEI tracking, including lookup and search functionalities by IMEI or Serial Number. The current “Lot Number” feature is not effective for managing products like phones and laptops, as it lacks the precision needed for individual item tracking. Implementing these improvements would significantly enhance inventory management for electronics retail.

After selling a mobile phone with a specific Lot Number, I tried to trace back the sold product and identify the customer who purchased it using the Lot Number. To my surprise, there was no way to retrieve this information in the current system.

At the moment, I’m using the SKU field to substitute IMEI and Serial Numbers for mobile phones and laptops. However, accurate tracking via Lot Number is essential in our business, especially for high-value and serialized items like electronics.

I sincerely hope the next update of Ultimate POS will improve the Lot Number tracking system, allowing us to search sold items and associated customers based on Lot Number.

I would like to request an improvement regarding the display format of customer names across the system, including the Customer Management page, POS interface, and printed receipts.

Currently, the system follows a Western-style name format: First Name + Last Name. However, in many Asian countries, including Vietnam, the correct and culturally appropriate format is: Last Name + Middle Name + First Name.

As a Vietnamese business owner, I would greatly appreciate if Ultimate POS could provide an option to customize the display order of customer names, depending on local preferences.

If your team can address this request as well as the earlier issues I mentioned regarding Lot Number search and quotation flexibility I truly believe I can help recommend and promote Ultimate POS to many fellow business owners in my network.

In the demo, in add product page, default purchase price section, I can add exclusive tax price and inclusive tax price in 2 input fields. But I can see, when I put the price of exclusive tax , the inclusive tax price gets auto filled with the same price, I can not put different price on the 3 fields why? Explain

Greetings. There is a new feature that should be available in the future or in the next update. This is a screen that can inquire about the product price using a scanner. The product can be automatically removed from the inquiry screen, allowing users to inquire about the price before purchasing. The app automatically highlights the product code so that users can search for another product without having to use a screen or any other input device other than the scanner.
