Hi. I have a tabbed form on Avada theme. Using a sticky header. When clicking the tabs the form will always scroll to absolute top and is hidden behind the sticky header. The scroll offset doesnt seem to have any affect. Thank you

Hi there I’m wondering if anyone has encountered an error with the Google reCAPTCHA V2 key. After a user successfully gets the green checkmark and submits the form, two errors appear: “Please go through all containers and validate the marked items” and a reCAPTCHA error that states “not verified successfully.connection-failed.”

We’ve tested our server and firewall, and with the assistance of our ISP, we’ve confirmed that the connection to Google appears to be working correctly. Additionally, another plugin using the same V2 key seems to be functioning without any issues.

This has led us to suspect the problem might be with the eForm plugin itself. We’re wondering if this could be related to the reCAPTCHA service’s recent migration to Google Cloud.

Any advice on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Can the sender’s form be forwarded to the recipient’s WhatsApp number?

I have a client who is using eForm on a live site taking grant submissions, but the form spins when people try to access it. I was hired to help my client because the vendor they were using – the owner died. The company has become unresponsive. Though I show an active key in the eforms settings, it’s telling me I need to extend support – that it has expired. How do I extend support for this item we don’t have a record of purchase for? Do I just purchase the item again at $39 and apply the new license key? Thank you, Leonard

One doubt , im planning to buy a new license Of this product but my need is this:

I need to create a Travel agency site so each travel package (page) need to have a FORM for contact on that specific product. So mi Idea/intention is to create a single form and that form will have a read only FIELD (Package name).

And the form will be embedded on each page/travel package. So its possible to that field be filled automatic with the PACKAGE name (page title) ?

I ask cause i didnt found anything like that on the documentation and also i have not used this plugin many years ago so its possible? or if this is already implemented a link on the docs?

Some pre purchase questions: I want an easy way to make proposals & reports for clients  Most of my content in the proposals are standard text and image / branding  But me and my team want to update parts of the proposal with specific client related inputs.  The information then I need to seamlessly integrate into my proposal and then I download as PDF. I have a project where I need to create a buying guide. That buying guide has conditional logic for things like price / features.

What I need the form to do is basically add and or remove a score system for the final products so that when the form is complete only the products with a certain score will show.

Hi. When someone submits a form, the reports area in the backend displays the wordpress username (or anonymous if not logged in). Is it possible to have the backend submissions display the FULL NAME field instead? Thank you!
