hi team, pre sales question; is it possible for SaaS clients to add a custom subdomain (CNAME) if they already own a domain and is hosted with any provider? Let me example this, a client wants to add crm.mybusiness.com creating a CNAME inside their dashboard (let´s say nameacheap) and pointing to their SaaS page which is brand2.worksuitesaas.com because the client doesn´t want to change the DNS of the domain and host it with the CRM, is this possible? I want to suggest some features for future updates:

1. Kindly add email pipping to the tickets system. In that way, when clients send an email to a specific email, it automatically creates a ticket. When they respond to a specific ticket via email, it should appear in the the ticket thread.

2. Add Email Marketing capabilities into the system. I mean, the ability to compose custom or send single or bulk emails where we can add a specific email or emails whether they are in the system or not. Add delivery and open tracking as we have in Freshsales CRM. That way, when the receipient opens the email, the date and time the open the email appears to the admin. 3. Make it possible for the admin to change clients email. Currently, when a user loss access to their email, or when the employee in charge is no more and there is a need to change the email, it is never possible.

5. Add WhatsApp Marketing.

6. Google Leads Finder: To help us to find Leads and Businesses using the Google Maps API.

7. Workflow Rules and Automation: Ability to create custom automation rules repetitive Actions.
