I wanted to provide some feedback on the current implementation of the SMS Addon. Honestly, the way it’s currently deployed feels a bit limiting, especially when compared to the Telegram integration.

Ideally, the SMS setup should follow a similar structure to Telegram — where the Admin configures the SMS API, Token, and Sender ID, and then employees simply input their phone numbers to receive alerts based on their selected notification preferences.

Right now, there’s no dedicated SMS setting for employee notifications, which I believe significantly weakens its effectiveness. In its current state, it doesn’t support tailored alerts for employees on important actions like Tasks, Tickets, Events, etc.

I strongly recommend prioritizing this feature. SMS alerts are essential for teams that rely on quick updates and need to stay on top of key activities without having to constantly check the app or email.

If possible, you could even extend this feature to clients — allowing them to enable SMS notifications as part of their preferences too.

I believe this update would greatly enhance the usability and professionalism of the system.

1, The ” Helvetica Neue used font for the app(super-admin or admin) is not looking good on my windows 11 pc and other pc too, how can change the font which i couldn’t find on the admin setting, if not possible which specific css file can i edit which contains (font weight and size)

2, I wanted to disable, online payment gateways not show on tenants accounts, there is no any disable button on “payment credentials ” except check box for “Status” i want only Offline payment system to appear.

I am interested in purchasing WorkSuite Saas. I have a couple of questions:

1. If i have wordpress on main domain “example.com” and worsuite on “platform.example.com”, how do I link to the packages for people to buy? Do I need any addons for this?

2. Is there an option to set subscriptions per user not a group of users? For example access to all features but customers pay per user they add to account?

3. I read the mobile iOS and android apps are not stable yet and are in beta? When are they going to be stable for client use?
