Hi
I have a pre sales question. i am using Avada and kadence theme, is the plugin compitible with them? i need weight base shipping for my product
Hi,
This plugin works independent of themes as there’s no direct interaction between the two.
Cheers, Jeroen
Just found out it’s not fully compatible with new Block Checkout – so you may check it.
When changing payment options it seems to get lost. In my case I have scenarios like: when at least one 30 class product is in allow only 30$ shipping, 20 – 20$ etc. even when there is a the smallest class product in the cart after changing payment – it defaults to the most expensive one (which is least restrictive)

condition:0.05kg<weight<=0.2kg cost:weight x 65$+20$;; condition:0.201kg<weight<=0.7kg cost:weight x 75$+16$
Can it count the shipping cost as the rules above
Hi,
Yes, it is possible to setup conditions based on weight (ranges).
Cheers, Jeroen
Thanks for your response! Can the freight be calculated using a formula? For example: weight x 65$+20$
Hi,
It doesn’t do a formula exactly like that, but you can setup a base cost and another that multiplies with the weight, so same result, bit different mindset / type of configuration.

I would like to configure the shipping cost with the following conditions:
1. For the first item, the shipping cost should be RM8. 2. For each additional item, the shipping cost should be RM7. 3. If the total quantity is less than 3 items, an additional charge of RM3 should be added.
For example:
Quantity (1): RM8 + RM3 (extra charge) = RM11
Quantity (2): RM8 + RM7 + RM3 (extra charge) = RM18
Quantity (3): RM8 + RM7 + RM7 = RM22 (no extra charge)
Could you please guide me on how to set this up in the system?
Thank you for your assistance!
Hi,
It is possible to setup these kinds of rates.
If you get stuck setting this up, feel free to reach out through the support channel.

I would like to set up the following shipping rules:
Shipping Fees: First carton: RM8 Each subsequent carton: RM7 For orders below 3 cartons (including 3), an additional RM3 charge will be applied.
Product Variations: Each product has two variations: 1 carton or half a carton. Two half cartons are equivalent to 1 full carton.
If a customer purchases a half carton only, it will be rounded up and calculated as 1 full carton for shipping purposes.
Examples: Example A: Product A (1 carton) + Product B (½ carton) ➝ Treated as 2 cartons ➝ RM8 (first) + RM7 (second) + RM3 (additional charge) = RM18
Example B: Product A (½ carton) ➝ Treated as 1 carton ➝ RM8 (first) + RM3 (additional charge) = RM11
Example C: Product A (1 carton) + Product B (½ carton) + Product C (½ carton) ➝ Product B + C = 1 carton, total = 2 cartons ➝ RM8 (first) + RM7 (second) + RM3 (additional charge) = RM18
I notice you got say there have two extension it is include additional charge?
Hi, If i plan to using the weight. How to rounting0.5 to 1 kg directly
The extensions are without additional charge if you have a supported license for the base plugin.
Note that the plugin does not count cartons or anything like that.. It can only count quantity.
You can reach out through the support channel with support questions.

If I purchase your plugin together with the plugin below, may I know if the following setup is supported?
I need to display multiple shipping methods based on product categories. Specifically, within a single cart, I would like customers to:
Select a shipping option for Category A (e.g., Option 1 or Pickup at Store – Free Shipping), and
Then select a separate shipping option for Category B (e.g., Option 2 or Pickup at Store – Free Shipping) https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/Yes, that would be possible in combination with that plugin.

Hello! I Have a question, could you please tell me..
With your plugin is it possible to configure custom neighborhoods or small zones within the same city and assign a different price to each one?
For example, configure for “City 1”: zone a, zone b, zone c, etc. Likewise, have City 2, City 3 successively, with their own internal “zones.”
On the frontend, could the user choose their City and then select their zone from among all those corresponding to the selected city. All of this cities/zones names customly pre-loaded in the backend.
Hi,
The plugin does not add special regions like that. It would require a customization if you’d like to do something like that.
Feel free to reach out through my site if you need help with something like that.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hello Sormano,
I am unable to download Advaced Pricing and Shipping Zones from here – https://jeroensormani.com/woocommerce-advanced-shipping/request-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing-extension/. It says my support has expired. But I do not want support. I just need the extension.
Hi,
The extensions are separate from the main plugin. I however do not charge a separate price for them, but do ask for a supported license for the base plugin. Your support expired back in 2017. You can renew your support license here on Envato, I believe at a reduced rate.
Cheers, Jeroen
The plugin is apparently causing a conflict and reporting these errors. Any idea?

Hi, does this allow for shipping options to set for each product?
Hi,
I assume you want to setup cost per product? this can be done through the WAS Advanced Pricing extension (https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/)
In case you want to show separate shipping options per product you’d want to split the cart into separate packages. This can be done with a plugin such as the Advanced Shipping Packages (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/)

I want to add variable flat rate shipping based on regions, right now we charge a flat $50 for overnight (to make sure we cover any that go from west to east coast cost wise) when it is minimal cost to ship overnight closer to use certainly. Would this allow us to set US states into zones so we could make the cost vary better than current stock options on Woo?
Hi,
It is possible to set a ‘State’ condition to target specific states. Do note that the WC Zones in Woo Core also allows for setting states, so that may fit your requirements too out of the box.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi,
Is it possible to export the shipping rates from the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping plugin and import them into a new WooCommerce store? If so, what would be the best method to achieve this?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi,
There’s no export/import functionality build in the plugin at this time, but it is something that is being considered/worked on for a future update.
You can try to export them from the database directly if you have the know-how.

Hi,
Is it possible to add today’s local pickup address, different from store localisation?
Thank you
Hi,
No, the plugin doesn’t have any locational settings like that.
Cheers, Jeroen
Hello, I use your plugin with one more shipping zone from default of wordpress. So I have “Courier” from your plugin and “Pick up from Store” from Woo default shipping zone. On the checkout I want to show first the ACS Courier and second the Pick up from Store. Is that possible? Thank you in advance.

Hello.
Is WooCommerce Advanced shipping able to achieve the below scenario?
My client’s store has products from two different suppliers (e.g., A and
. We also have two shipping zones: ‘Mainland’ and ‘Island’. What we want is:
When products are shipped to the ‘Island’ zone, the shipping cost is calculated using the shipping method provided by the courier plugin.
When products are shipped to the ‘Mainland’ zone:
If the products are from supplier A, the shipping cost is calculated using the shipping method provided by the courier plugin.
If the products are from supplier B, the shipping cost is free.
Finally, if the order contains products from both suppliers, we want each product to have its respective shipping cost based on the previous rules (shipping cost from the courier for supplier A’s products and free shipping for supplier B’s products).
Is it possible to achieve this functionality with ‘WooCommerce Advanced Shipping’?
The courier plugin adds a shipping method, e.g., ‘Shipping with ACS’. Is it possible to use this method with ‘WooCommerce Advanced Shipping’?
Kind Regards, George

Can you dynamically generate the costs based on the shipping classes of each product in the shopping cart by adding them up? Even if the number of an item increases, the shipping costs should adjust.
Alternatively: Can I import the shipping costs that I import from a CSV file with ‘WP All Import’ into fields that I can then use in this plugin?
Thanks for the information.
I hope I expressed myself clearly.
Greetings Frank
Hi Frank,
Using the plugin in combination with the WAS Advanced Pricing extension you’ll be able to setup cost per shipping class. Those cost will be combined together. https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/Unfortunately no csv import like that is available in the plugin.

Hi, I’m looking for a system that will allow me to input (ideally) a string of UK postcodes. Or, (even more ideally) just the first one or two digits of postcodes, such as B1-99,TN,KE,M2, etc.
I tried your demo, selecting zipcode, but it just shows the method for any zipcode, no matter what letters. The shipping cost is displayed for everything. https://prnt.sc/z2JqXdETuX4qAm I missing something?
Ok, my mistake. It seems to be working with *asterisk after letters. However, is there a way I can manage B1-B99 postcodes without affecting BE postcodes?
Hi Ben,
Ranges don’t work with letters unfortunately. You’d have to enter a comma separated list for each number (you can do B1-9 with a asterisk, that should catch ‘m all).
Cheers, Jeroen
Thanks Jeroen
The support for this license key is expired and needs to be renewed in order to receive support and dashboard updates. Renew your license.
I have this message in the system, please help, when I bought the license I didn’t know it would end…
Hi,
You can read more about updating the plugin without renewing here; https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/update-and-install-woocommerce-advanced-shipping/#manually-updating-advanced-shipping

Does the purchase of the plugin include all future updates, or do I have to always renew support to get the plugin updates?

Hi Jeroen!
Some of the products on my customer’s woocommerce store should be “Pick-up only” (not possible to ship them, so the buyer has to go to the physical store to pick them).
Is this possible with your plugin? Also, what happens if the buyer choses to buy different products and only a few of them are “pick-up only”?
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes it is possible to configure pickup only items. If you want to prevent the shipping rate from appearing when a pick-only item is in the cart you can do that.
In case you want to split the cart into separate packages for the pickup only and the shipping items you can take a look at the Advanced Shipping Packages plugin; https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/
Cheers, Jeroen
Hi, is it possible to separate the shipping options at checkout according to each product’s shipping class?
I have different items that have different shipping classes, so shipping prices and methods are different.
The first product production time is 3-5 days, and shipping time 1-3 days, for the second 5-7 days production time and shipping 3-4 days. Is it possible to show this separately and not combine production time and delivery time into one.
Thank you.
Hi,
This plugin is meant for setting up shipping rates, but If you’d like to display shipping separately for each of those items you’d want to split the cart into separate packages. You can do this with my Advanced Shipping Packages plugin for example; https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/
Cheers, Jeroen
Hello,
Please reset my key, moved to new domain name
I tried to submit a ticket but asking for renew support, I dont think we should have to renew support for 6 month only to request reset key, it should be automatically when I already uninstalled from other site.
Please help Thank you
Hi,
You can deactivate a license from the old domain from the plugins page (same place where its activated). Note; If you don’t have a supported license there’s no need to activate it; it won’t do anything.
