Can you dynamically generate the costs based on the shipping classes of each product in the shopping cart by adding them up? Even if the number of an item increases, the shipping costs should adjust.

Alternatively: Can I import the shipping costs that I import from a CSV file with ‘WP All Import’ into fields that I can then use in this plugin?

Thanks for the information.

I hope I expressed myself clearly.

Greetings Frank

Hi Frank,

Using the plugin in combination with the WAS Advanced Pricing extension you’ll be able to setup cost per shipping class. Those cost will be combined together. https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/

Unfortunately no csv import like that is available in the plugin.

Hi, I’m looking for a system that will allow me to input (ideally) a string of UK postcodes. Or, (even more ideally) just the first one or two digits of postcodes, such as B1-99,TN,KE,M2, etc.

I tried your demo, selecting zipcode, but it just shows the method for any zipcode, no matter what letters. The shipping cost is displayed for everything. https://prnt.sc/z2JqXdETuX4q

Am I missing something?

Ok, my mistake. It seems to be working with *asterisk after letters. However, is there a way I can manage B1-B99 postcodes without affecting BE postcodes?

Hi Ben,

Ranges don’t work with letters unfortunately. You’d have to enter a comma separated list for each number (you can do B1-9 with a asterisk, that should catch ‘m all).

Cheers, Jeroen

Thanks Jeroen

The support for this license key is expired and needs to be renewed in order to receive support and dashboard updates. Renew your license.

I have this message in the system, please help, when I bought the license I didn’t know it would end…

Does the purchase of the plugin include all future updates, or do I have to always renew support to get the plugin updates?

Hi Jeroen!

Some of the products on my customer’s woocommerce store should be “Pick-up only” (not possible to ship them, so the buyer has to go to the physical store to pick them).

Is this possible with your plugin? Also, what happens if the buyer choses to buy different products and only a few of them are “pick-up only”?

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes it is possible to configure pickup only items. If you want to prevent the shipping rate from appearing when a pick-only item is in the cart you can do that.

In case you want to split the cart into separate packages for the pickup only and the shipping items you can take a look at the Advanced Shipping Packages plugin; https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/

Cheers, Jeroen

Hi, is it possible to separate the shipping options at checkout according to each product’s shipping class?

I have different items that have different shipping classes, so shipping prices and methods are different.

The first product production time is 3-5 days, and shipping time 1-3 days, for the second 5-7 days production time and shipping 3-4 days. Is it possible to show this separately and not combine production time and delivery time into one.

Thank you.

Hi,

This plugin is meant for setting up shipping rates, but If you’d like to display shipping separately for each of those items you’d want to split the cart into separate packages. You can do this with my Advanced Shipping Packages plugin for example; https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/

Hello,

Please reset my key, moved to new domain name

I tried to submit a ticket but asking for renew support, I dont think we should have to renew support for 6 month only to request reset key, it should be automatically when I already uninstalled from other site.

Please help Thank you

Hi,

You can deactivate a license from the old domain from the plugins page (same place where its activated). Note; If you don’t have a supported license there’s no need to activate it; it won’t do anything.

Hi I am getting a licence expired notice, but this was purchased on codecanyon so should be perpetual. Please advise.

I want to setup shipping like this: For Jordon: 1 item: $10 2 items : $15

For dubai 1 item: $20 2 items : $25

For some other countries: 1 item: $30 2 items : $35

Hi,

It would be possible to setup different rates based on quantity and location (country, state, city and zipcode conditions are available).

Cheers, Jeroen

Presales Is your plugin doable with below requirement?

1. Below 30kg is Small and above 30kg is Big 2. Big item is RM25 flat rate, Small item is RM8 flat rate 3. As long as the cart contain both Big and Small item, no matter on the quantity, so the delivery fee will be Big + Small

Example: 1 hairdryer = RM8 3 hairdryer = RM8 1 fridge = RM25 3 fridge = RM25 1 hairdryer 10 fridge = RM33 10 hairdryer 1 fridge = RM33 10 hairdryer 10 fridge = RM33

Hi,

Yes, when you assign big/small items you can setup these kinds of cost.

Cheers, Jeroen

pre-purchase question

If I have Zone 1 and the condition is weight from 0kg to 5kg is 10$ and every extra kg is 1$. so the total shipping if the products weight more than 5kg will be 11$ and extra 1$ for each kg. is it possible??

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to setup these kinds of shipping rates.

Cheers, Jeroen

For a product style where the purchaser has the option of choosing tiered units, such as 100, 250, 500, etc. A dynamic weight calculation function is already setup. For shipping, if the weight exceeds 45lbs the order is split between boxes to avoid shipping surcharges, so for example if the total order was 200lbs they would be receiving 5 boxes, each at 40lbs. Can your plugin automatically take a set max weight per box, calculate the number of resulting packages and their weight to send to the shipping API to get correct pricing?

Hi,

There is no API integration in this plugin.

Cheers, Jeroen

Hello,

I’ve purchased this item and I’m already having a few issues with it. When I enter my purchase code in the license, it’s saying activated but then as soon as I leave the page it says the license is invalid.

I’m also finding it quite difficult to find clear instructions on how to actually find and then install the pricing plugin too.

Thanks Jeroen, I’ve sent you an email about the issue I’m having.

Hi, we are experiencing one issue with the Advanced Shipping plugin. It seems that when we add a product that is In Stock combined with one that is On Backorder, no shipping option is showing, no matter that we have set a shipping option for the backorder to show in this scenario. We decided to create a new shipping setting for the Backorders only, so that it shows when a person adds a product on Backorder to cart. The problem with this solution is that this setting has to be always showing, no matter the case, otherways it doesn’t show at all. Also, another thing is that there is no export of the settings available. Is it possible for that to be included? Many thanks!

Hi,

I’m trying to achieve cost per weight 1€ per kg but the plugin makes the calculation very literal. For example for 2.14 kg it’s 2.14€. Mathematically it’s correct but courier companies give prices for ranges, for example 1-2kg =2€, 2-3 kg = 3€, 3-4kg =4€ etc Since it will be messy if i make a rule for every kg range, is there a way to round up the cart weight so this can work with one rule?

Hi Jeroen,

Since my support has expired, can you please let me know if there can be a solution for this and i’ll gladly renew.

Kind Regards

Yes there can be a solution.

Cheers, Jeroen

I renewed and sent you a ticket. Thanks in advance

My WP Dashboard shows the following message in the plugins section : “Your support license has expired. Please renew your license to receive dashboard updates and support.” Does this mean I won’t be able to upgrade ? Or does it means it will need for me to manually download update to install it on my website from now ? Thanks.

Best regards.

Hi,

You can download updates manually through Envato or renew your license to get support and dashboard updates.

Cheers, Jeroen

can you reset my license domain so i can use the plugin in a different domain?

Hi,

You can request this through the support channel: https://jeroensormani.com/woocommerce-advanced-shipping/support/

Hello! I am not able to save the option “Hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available” The Save changes button is not active if i check one of the 2 options. don’t now if this is a bug? THX for your help….

Hi,

This is currently a bug in Woo Core; you can currently work around this by changing the order of a shipping rate in the overview table to activate the save button.
