Hi, we have tested and launched our first form and it works well with computers but on mobile it wont scroll down so the user can’t fill in the fields going down. Any settings I may have missed?

I purchased ARForms from CodeCanyon based on the banner on your product page that clearly stated “Buy now and get 17 premium add-ons for FREE.” However, after activating the plugin, I only have access to a few add-ons, and others like Mailster Integration still ask for additional payment.

This is misleading and false advertising. Please advise how I can access the 17 promised premium add-ons, as advertised at the time of my purchase.

There is an issue with linking ArFormsGoogleSheet. I don’t receive any error, but after I click “Authorize” and grant permission, the page is closed and no any errors shows, then it doesn’t provide me with the access token. This is important, and I don’t know what to do!

So if I buy do I get the Signature addon, stripe addon and the pdf creator with it?

The new version works for me. It automatically grabs the free version of the plugins and install it on your site.

@shmickmick I’m encoutering the same issue but it’s not a missing file… it’s the free version of the plugin you need to install in order for the pro version to work. But the problems stills here because wordpress.org have disabled the download for this plugin since the 1st of february. We need a working and downloadable version of it @reputeinfosystems.
