Unfortunately, I’m experiencing several issues with your plugin.
As others have mentioned, the layout and usability in the backend are borderline acceptable, but I can live with that.
How can I easily integrate a simple text (eg. heading) into a form? There doesn’t seem to be a building block for this.
A major issue: I wanted to add a consent box in the form of a checkbox at the end of the form. The form submitter should agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. However, it seems that links cannot be added to the option label. If I integrate a link, the entire layout breaks! (e.g., no spaces before and after the link, and with longer text, everything is completely misaligned).
This is, of course, not usable in its current state. Is there a solution?

- Yes, the user fill up the form and submits the form and then after it’ll open the Razorpay Payment option to buy and after that sends the email notifications.
- ARForms is well optimized and we take care of loading the resources so you don’t need to worry about that as it’ll not make the website’s slow.

- ARForms doesn’t displays the multiple button. However, ARForms supports the conditional payments based on the user choice so if your user wants to pay with PayPal or Razorpay or with any other supported payment gateway, he/she can use it and you can configure it through the conditional payment section of the each payment gateway option.
Regarding the Digital PDF Download, Yes, you can send the generated PDF ( based on filled form ) to user as well as to the administrator and admin can always view/download the PDF from the Form Entries section of the ARForms.

In this form, one of the fields is “Order number”. I want to validate this form and be sure that the order number exists.

ARForms – Cloud storage add-on provide the facility to store the uploaded documents and files to Google Drive but it doesn’t create a new folder for each form entries/client. It can be shared to specific folder. However, I’ll pass your concern to our core developer team to create a new folder for each form/entries to more organize the file and we’ll look further into that in future.

Despite having bought active licenses (two for different websites), I see ‘Powered by AR Forms’ on the newly built website with new purchase code. Even in the Plugin Setting page, Ive got “Remove Rebranding Link’ checked but it still shows up. Do let us know if we are missing something.

I changed my domain and I can’t use the plugin until they are willing to answer my call to change the domain, if that happens, I’m starting to have doubts about whether they will change my domain again. Actually, I don’t know why they give us the opportunity to do this ourselves. I mean, I know why, to make you wait almost half a year and have to pay for new support, that must be why, there is no other explanation.
The only problem is that if you change your website’s domain, you can wait up to 2 months for them to make the change. I changed my domain and since support has ended, they make you wait a long time to change the domain. This is happening to me.

1. you can always change domain by yourself. All you need to do is deactivate license on the website where you have activated. And it well explained by us. But you did not follow it.
2. In case if you fail to deactivate license from old website and delete the website then Only you need to contact us and there is simple step that you need to contact through message box of our profile page with your purchase code to keep it private. Once you do it we can verify and help you quickly.

You are mistaken about helping, I can’t post screenshots here to prove to you that my ticket has been open for almost 30 days waiting for the plugin to be activated on another domain. And no one answers on the website https://support.arpluginshop.com/view-tickets/, where the ticket was opened. I need to solve this, because no one answers my open ticket there on the website.
I managed to remove it from the domain that had activated it before, thanks for the reply.

I updated my WordPress site, and after the update, I noticed that ‘Powered by ARForms’ appeared. Normally, my license is active for my domain, but this hasn’t disappeared. I checked on https://support.arpluginshop.com, and it shows that my license is active. Can you tell me what might be causing this issue? Also, when I try to click on the form in the Google Spreadsheet Settings, the button is unclickable.

Every time I have purchased a license, I have not found a solution from your support team. If you check, I have purchased 3 licenses, yet I haven’t received the help I requested. My license is active, and I haven’t changed the domain. In your system, it also shows as active on sendvideo.us. Every time I update WordPress, I face this problem again, and I have to pay you, even though my license is non-expiring.

Hi, I want to change the domain for a license I have but your website form does not let me. Please tell me how to change the domain? I am not after a technical support, all I need is to change the license to the new domain.
To transfer license is very simply. Just go to website where license is active. And then go wp-admin. go to ARForms licensing section and click remove license button. once you do it.
it will reset your license and you can use it on new domain.
