for Customer Support

"Maybe" a 1st rate product, but when customer support takes 3 days to respond to each ticket, and they limit tickets to 2 at a time, I call that 3rd rate support.

Another publisher that spent more time monetizing their product than they did actually making it compatible. Chop that App in tiny pieces and charge people for every little function - per website! Pay no attention to performance - that's someone else's problem. Forget the replication of unnecessary files and bloat - not their proble. Can't get t to work on your site? Sucks to be you - it works fine on their dev site.

This does not work with Elementor as advertised and they want to point at everyone else but their own coding.

Went down the rabbit hole - disabling plugins, sending videos as proof, and the only thing they really had to say was "gee, it looks like a conflict"

Author response

The only thing 3rd rate was your behaviour. And the way you treated support staff.

Can I show the entire discussion here?? So, people can know how you treat another person?

Support staff had replied to you within the time limit we promised. even during the weekend, they tried to help you. If you have any confusion about what support staff do to help you. Please go and read Envato support guidelines.

If you want we can help you again, even by going bit further beyond the support scope. However, you can not insult them as that's not appreciated.

for Customizability

We are Supportmatch Homeshare and we have been using ARForms and various add-ons for several years now and can say without a shadow of a doubt that our business just couldnt function without the amazing flexibility, design and functionality that ARRforms gives us.

We love the ease of use, setup and the plan and simple easy design features.

Customer service is thorough and support is in depth and reliable.

Thank you to ARForms Developers and Support team for all the help and support over the years.

We use ARForms main plugin, PDF Creator, ARForms Zapier Integration add-on, Signature and quite a few other plugins from ARForms.

We are an Independent Non-For-Profit Community Interest Company (NGO) that matches people who need support and in exchange for Affordable Accommodation the support giver gets a safe and secure place to live.

Keep up the good work!

for Customer Support

ARForms is remarkably easy to use, especially considering its broad range of features and functionality. I had a question about formatting some labels, and got a quick, helpful response shortly after I submitted my ticket.

ARForms is a great product with good support *and* good service (before and after sales).

It's not easy to produce good software and maintain a high rating, but reputeinfosystems has done a good job with ARForms. They are indeed a company of good repute :)

This form is great. And amazing customer service! Response within 2 days and a great help. This plugin is so easy to use. I definitely recommend this to anyone!!

for Flexibility

I tried several form plugins but this one is without a doubt the most powerful and flexible.
It has a lot of very useful features and is pretty easy to use.
I needed help and the support was very responsive which is a real advantage over others.

for Customer Support

AR Forms support is superior!! They are super fast and super helpful. Very happy with AR Forms.

for Customer Support

I actually hated this plugin when I got it! We have ARMember on our website and wanted to try this. It has amazing flexibility but I had a hard time with the documentation and formulas. Once I buckled down to sit and learn it, I quickly changed my mind and I use this plugin for EVERYTHING ! I probably have 40 variations of forms on our website. Any issues I had, support was quick, friendly and patient with my initial frustrations. This is the best form builder out there.

for Code Quality

Waste of money. The plugin is causing CSS conflict with Elementor this is due to standard fields id that the author used. a plugin like this one which is going to be used on a Wordpress theme should have been coded with totally custom field names and ids to avoid conflicts. I contacted the author three times and yet he offered no solution other than accusing my team of being the cause!
