I have had a ticket open for 3 days, and you still have not replied. Please try to stay closer to your customers, because waiting 3 days for a response, only to possibly be asked for additional information and then have to wait another 3 days again, makes it feel like it takes a whole week just to communicate with you. Please take action to provide faster support.

breaks forms after update which makes the plug in unusable and the support on this issue is zero, unless you pay for extra support again. stay away.

After purchasing the plugin I found that the features I need are locked behind an additional paywall. As I will likely require multiple licenses for my business in the future, this was unacceptable. I decided to create my own plugin. I was also unable to find a way to request a refund since I will not be using the AR Forms plugin.

One of the best form builder plugins. I tested/purchased many, but ultimately we choose ARForms as our standard formbuilder.

We use ARFORMS for visitor registration for events. What makes ARForm very good and unique is the ability to store the data in a MySQL database.

In addition, the support is very good and you get help quickly and issues are resolved.

What I would like to see added is the ability to assign a unique number to each record that is stored. This should include the ability to specify the length of the number, including the use of letters. Compare it to a password generator.

The second option would be to generate a QR code from this number that you can use in email or the ability to use a third-party plugin for this, for example.

I know this would require customization, but I think these would be good additions, partly because some of our competitors already offer this option.

I'm very happy with ARForms. It was tough to pick a main reason.

My focus was on creating client surveys and workshop surveys.

I think the design looks very good. I have every control I need and it all works well on phones as well as full desktop sites.

The conditional logic and ability to keep the form entries in a database (either export as CSV or create your own table.) is spot on.

It is more than a good Form editor. It's good at how all of the pieces of hang together.

I've used this with the Front-End addon and I now have a survey database that clients can review and even fix if there is an incorrect form.

I did have some issues and the support was excellent.

One of the "best" form programs on the internet for Wordpress sites. I've been using ARForms for a few years now. I highly recommend it.

They are very kind and helpful. It's a pleasure to work with them.

At first, it gave a lot of trouble but, support team its a bit slow, but they will help you, trust me, eventually it worth it.

Lots of issues, unable to keep up with WP updates

Wonderful plugin ! We did need that kind of "surgerical", perflectly customizable our fuctions to suit our needs. We did also chose the "Address selector" which is great help. Will sure recommand to my clients.

Avoid ARForms at all costs! We've spent countless hours perfecting forms, only to have them glitch out when saving or in the middle of a long session. Despite paying for extra support, responses take weeks, and the so-called "fixes" never actually resolve the issues. Open support tickets have gone unanswered for months, leaving our website forms completely broken with no urgency from their team. While the design is nice, the functionality is unreliable, making the platform unusable. They constantly promise fixes in the next update, but the problems persist. At this point, our only option is to start over with another provider. I wish I had known this before choosing ARForms. The fact that they charge extra for support when their software is fundamentally broken is beyond frustrating.
