i have two licenses for two customers, on one customer’s site the plugin was making some problems and deleted it for some months now. I now re-installed on the developing site of the same customer. I downloaded from here the plugin but the version is really old, 2.6.0 Is there something wrong? I activated the plugin in the developing site successfully so maybe the update will be shown in some hours?

thanks for your prompt answer. I found a way to get the latest version. I was clicking “Installable Wordpress file only” which brings the old version 6 years ago. I clicked download all files and this gives a new version. I think somebody forgot to renew that file.

Hi, this is pre-purchase question. I run 3 seperate websites. I want to sell either gift card or coupon code on 1st website. And when customer gonna use that, they can buy product and redeem it in 2nd or 3rd website. Anyway it can be achieve? I dont understand th function much still trying to read. But i see a bunk voucher code create so i think if i create bunk code on 1st website. then copy all the code and paste it to 2nd or 3rd website. Would that work? The plugin has been problematic from the start. Every update forces me to re-enter the code, but it’s never accepted. The first time this happened, support had to access my back-end to restore it. Now, after yet another update, the same issue occurs again. Emails go unanswered, and when I reach out via chat, they insist I purchase a “support renewal”—even though this has been an ongoing, unresolved problem from the beginning.
We rely on this plugin to provide our customers with a proper gift card system on our website, and this constant hassle is unacceptable. Definitely not buying another plugin from them again.

Loco translate isn’t showing all the strings (shows 323), so I can’t translate strings like “This gift card will expire (?) days after purchase.”, “Choose Gift Card Selected Price:”, “Characters:”, “Delivery Method:” etc on the actual gift card at front end. How can I access all strings?

Hello, I have just purchased this plugin and installed it locally to test it. Now I get the following message: “This plugin is not compatible with the activated WooCommerce functions “Remote Logging” and “Powerful Order Storage” and should not be activated.” Is this plugin still being maintained and developed here? How else can I return this plugin? It doesn’t work properly as it is and doesn’t make any sense to me.

Do you have any plans on updating this plugin? I have sent in support tickets and no answer.. I also noticed that this site suspended your listing yesterday… but you are now back on the platform. I hope that is a wake up call to your customer service.. I have used this plugin without any issues for a couple years now. But suddenly it’s not working properly… the ‘amount’ doesn’t show in the email that is sent to the person that is to receive the gift card.. just shows ’$0’ no matter the value. PLUS no matter what denomination is chosen when customer purchases it always defaults to ”$100” in the check out cart.. obviously there is an issue with this plugin.. and your lack of customer service is probably the reason they suspended your listing yesterday.. i see they allowed you back on this site so am hoping that means you are actually going to fix the issues with this plugin…

Our goal is to connect it to zapier so that ActiveCampaign can take the generated PDF and send it to the customers directly.
