1) The regular license is a lifetime license, with lifetime updates, including six months of PRO support, which can be extended if you need it. You can activate it on two sites; usually, they are a staging site and a production site. So basically, two websites.
2) The key factors in the filtering speed are the server hardware, latency, and the number of posts on your site. Also, including the optimizations as well.
If this significantly slows down your website, you can get a refund.

So final question related to this: Everything works just great in the free version. The only issue was the way the mobile filter opens. As I use breakdance, I tried to open it up via popup but it was blocked as it’s only a PRO feature.
My question is, since I only need PRO for a better mobile display, is there anything I can do in the free version to achieve a better mobile layout / element?

Perhaps improve the initial page template, and turn off the folding option on the mobile mode, so you can place it in some custom modal window solution. But it should use the same shortcode or a widget on the page, not different ones.

Hi! I actually tried this, and I got the following error: “The free version of this plugin does not support filtering on singular pages. But PRO version supports.”. This is using Breakdance so it is on popup. So would there be a suitable way to implement this with Breakdance?

On singular pages, this is not possible for the Free version. In general, the Free version of the plugin does not have compatibility with the page builders – https://prnt.sc/MDtMtTYsVH0Z as it is working on archive pages and with the main query only.

I have purchased multiple versions of your plugin for various sites. It’s showing on one of the sites that there is no license. I’m not sure how this has happened, but I cannot see which site the license is linked to, as I forgot to write them down. My 2 filters on the left hand side of the pages below where workign fine until my website crashed and had to be restored. Since then the filters are not appearing and I’m unsure why as it was working at the time of backup and beleive I have re-enabled all the plug ins needed.

I installed 1.8.9 last night and reset the filters but it’s still not working on my site.
The issue has been resolved, please check the page. It seems that the builder generates the widget two times. One time on the builder side, and then on the page itself. But the widget filter only should be generated once. In order to avoid it, we applied two filter sets on the same page, so one is generated on the page builder site which is an empty filter set, and the second one is displayed on the front page.

We have checked the site, and it looks like there is some weird behavior from this page builder that you are using. If we simply put the shortcode in the content of a page, it is displayed on the page without any issues.
However, when we are using the page builder, it is displayed in the page editor, but then it is not displayed on the front for some reason, and there are no JS scripts on the page as well. Perhaps it would be better to contact the page builder support about such behavior. Maybe there are some settings or any other things that are causing it.

You have changed your template and placed the filter inside the AJAX updated container. That’s why you get such results. Hello, trying another way to make this plugin work for us and we’ve run up against this question. I have searched the comments, support docs, general Google, and also the repository on Wordpress but unfortunately, results pull up for either/or word for the question which is “results page”. As you can imagine, this gives a lot of results.
Anyway, here is the question: We have the fe_widget and fe_sort working perfectly on the default archive page, which posts pulling up newest to oldest. What we need to do is on the “results page”, sort the results to display oldest to newest. Our issue is that we don’t have a results page due to using Ajax. Is there a way around this? Or do we have a results page and do not know it? Looking forward to the answer. Thank you!

There are no unique approaches to any element on the site. The whole approach is the same: use the browser inspect tool, navigate to the needed elements, check the classes it is using, keep in mind the CSS specificity, and add the needed classes with the styles in Filters > Settings > Experimental > Custom CSS.

Hey! I have a shop with variation products. I want to use the FilterEverything Pro to have filters in my shop page.
Sadly all the filters of attributes that are only used as variation attributes are not shown in my filter sidebar. Even tho I activated “use for variations”

The attributes should be global and created in the Products > Attributes and then you have to apply those attributes on your products like you did in the first attribute on the picture.
However, the last two attributes are custom attributes, and the filtering does not work with such custom attributes.

Yes, the filter works with variations. More likely, in the demo, the stock status filter is not applied to work with variations (as this is a separate option) that can be applied to filters.

Hmm, this is weird behavior. Try fully turning off all of the rest plugins and leaving only FE, Elementor + PRO, with the default WP theme and then test it. It looks like there are some errors that are suppressed and not displayed.
Or you can set up a staging site for us, where we can debug it disabling absolutely everything that is needed.

But the search filter will work only on the same page, it will not work as a global search.
You can create another filter set with the search filter apply it to the same page, and add another shortcode or widget to display it. You can use the priority option at the bottom of the filter set settings, in order to display it in the correct area. The filter set with the higher priority will be displayed first.

If you applied two filter sets on the same page yes you need two shortcodes like [fe_widget] on the page.
By default they should be horizontal. But you can use custom CSS something like display flex, flex direction row and overflow auto with box sizing border box.

Hello,
I have used this PRO plugin on a site that utilizes CPT with no issues. I have now purchased another Pro version for a client who wants to use it on a page that has ACF fields attached to it. The ACF set up is as so: Repeater field that has sub fields of First name, last name, and then a sub-repeater set of a radio buttons that allows the user to select from 3 choices. I need to have the filter attach to that choice (ie filter by Choice 1, Choice 2, Choice 3) and display the repeater fields of First name, last name, who match the choice.

Unfortunately, the filter is not working with the repeater field due to its dynamic nature. And we are not even sure if there are any filter plugins that work with them.
The best option here would be using the group of fields and using their meta key for filters.
