In my WooCommerce store I sell physical product that require a regular invoice but I have also bookable products (appointments) that require a different invoice (customized with a signature). I need it to be able to be sent automatically with the order confirmation email(link or attachment) and the possibility to send it manually per email from the backend. Can I do any of these things with your email / invoice plugin ?

I didn’t mean to tell you to overwrite template. I was asking if you overwrote it like the documentation guided. But it seems not the case.
For the initial report, could you clarify what happen before and after you update the plugin? If possible, please include some screenshot to demonstrate. Thank you.
what happened is the following: I updated the plugin manually by downloading the plugin from Envato and Installing it to my wordpress and then click overwrite.
This caused that the design I created to my emails (colors and typo) is replaced.
then I created a folder in the template of the website and paste the 3 files mentioned in the documentation. style-1 style-2 and style-3.
Would you please clarify why do I need to paste these files in my theme folder?

Downloading the plugin from Envato and reinstalling it on WordPress should not change the template design or affect colors or typography. The second step (overwrite template – creating folders for styles 1, 2, and 3) is not necessary unless you want a custom design for the Order Details component beyond the three built-in options.
Reinstalling the plugin should not affect your design. If possible, please open a support ticket on this Support Forum so we can investigate this issue directly and determine if it can be replicated

As for creating template sent to non customers email, please note that our plugin only customize the WooCommerce email templates, but it doesn’t handle email sending activity.

By default, emails of 3rd plugins will be displayed in our Default Template (if their emails are built using WooCommerce’s function – please see this tutorial). For this case, I recommend testing with our free version first for a better view: http://bit.ly/woo-email-template-customizer
But content in the Default Template can’t be customized. They reflects the exact content of that email in the 3rd plugin.
If you’d like to use email templates from a third-party plugin with our plugin for full customization, we have a guide on how to build compatibility. Please refer to this documentation for instructions.

after the update to 1.2.5 the phone number inside of the billing field is displayed as “1” if I rollback to prev version it is OK. So you must update to have the phone numbers listed inside of the emails!

Hi, every time WooCommerce sends a new email, all default templates are created again. My edited templates are not deleted, but the original templates are also recreated every time Woocommerce sends an email.
