Something weird is happening on my site with your plugin. When I set the page layout to Content-Sidebar it works ok. But when I set the page layout to Full Width appears this message: “The element is invisible or too thin. Tabs/AJAX sites are unsupported. (Justified Image Grid)”. Is anything I have to check? My theme is responsive. Thank you.

Okay found the problem by my self 
the apache user can’t write to the plugin cache dir. So I fixed the permissions for index.html file in the cache and everything works fine.

First of all.. awesome Plugin! Love the features..
so I installed it on my uptodate Wordpress Setup and used it with a gallery with this shortcode:
[justified_image_grid preset=4 nggallery=25]
So I made all the steps as documented in your pdf. When I open up the Page I see there is something loading up (long loading time and a big white space between the Header and Footer). But after the loading is finish, there are no pictures. 
Bei refreshing the page and clicking somewhere in the white space, I can open up one of the pictures from gallery. The display of the picture in the lightbox is correct and I can klick the next or prev or zoom or what ever.. but the index of the gallery doesn’t show up.

Hello, I just buy your plugin, it’s nice! but I have a problem, when I activate it, the editor bar (post or page) dissapear, and I can not switch from visual to text.
How can I fix it ?
This has never happened before. Do you use tinymce (the default)? What WP version do you have?
Today my galleries didn’t show any more. I didn’t change anything. So I installed the update und now it works. The only thing in the latest version that does not work ist the prettyphoto lightbox. What could be the reason?
There is just another update in the queue. The reason is prettyPhoto is old and not compatible with jQuery 1.9. I fixed it. Contact me for the patched file ahead of time or you could also switch to jQuery source in the plugin’s settings to ‘bundled with this plugin’
I changed the setting to “bundled with this plugin” and it workes fine. Thank you very much for the fast support.

I have just bought this having read the reviews about how easy it is. Once installed I wondered where the plugin was and took a look at the pdf to find out how to use it. It looks ridiculously complicated and not very user friendly….

have been searching like a mad man. cant find any solution. I´m using Nextgen gallery with JIG. I want to create a page with images (JIG) that links to the different categories. But cant find out how. I´ve read that it has something to do with custom links?
No, if you are using NextGEN you have to use NextGEN’s link to post feature. It’s called ‘Page Link to:’ and it’s available as a setting on individual images and galleries. If you have put al ink on a gallery then you might want to uncheck this in NextGEN: Gallery settings, Deactivate gallery page link , The album will not link to a gallery subpage. The gallery is shown on the same page.
The new version v1.4.5 includes your feature request, make sure you update! There is compatibility for NGG Custom Fields, it can be used to set up a custom field for links and connect that to my gallery.

Sorry I must have skipped this.
AJAX support is included in the form of unconditional script loading setting. Also better tabs support so you shouldn’t see that message anymore. JIG v1.9 was released today.

It takes up its parent element’s width, so it’s automatic. If you absolutely need to, put the shortcode inside a html DIV, and style that with CSS width.

No, why would it be important? The point is to make it automatic that’s just how the justify thing works. Is the last row that looks odd? There is an ‘incomplete last row’ setting, that you can set to ‘match’. You can set the row height and deviation to bring more spead to how big the images appear.
for example i wanted the first and third thumb more big than the original thumbs

It’s actually fancybox that is using a code from jQuery that they just removed so it’s failing too. You should definitely revert to old jQuery for the time being.

Yes the new jQuery causes a problem. An update is already in the queue for this! Good catch by the way. If you require it now, I can send you the updated version that works with jQuery 1.9 just drop me an E-mail.
Suddently Justified ImageGrid stop working yesterday, no error, any idea??? cannot show galeries on posts, pages..
Others experiencing this sudden stop around January 15th, update the plugin!
There will be a notice below the ‘Make money’ banner when the update is through the queue..Until then do as checog0 suggests and set jQuery source to ‘Load the one bundled with this plugin.’ Thanks checog0 for finding this. Other plugins may suddenly break when put together with the latest jQuery! This will affect a lot of plugins I think! $.browser was removed from jQuery 1.9
I tested Justified ImageGrid with 5 templates of Envato. None of the works and Envato says it’s the plugin, not the template. Is there a fix for this problem soon?

A plugin should still work with any template, not just a particular. I can not see that it works. Albums are displayed correctly yes. Galleries only make problems.

I actually put out an update to the plugin that readdresses this issue, it works with galleries and albums for NextGEN permalinks on or OFF now. You were too fast with the refund request.
I did not want any credit for your plugin but for the template! Since Envato was wrong. They have to fix again.

If you let me into WP-admin again on the site that has the theme in question, I can install the new version of the plugin to check if it would work for you or not. So you don’t buy it again unless it’s guaranteed working and I can answer your question.
I don’t think it’s the theme’s ‘fault’ (even though it can be the reason why it didn’t work first), the theme developer doesn’t have to know that one day there will be 2 plugins that when combined together won’t work in his template. I bet there are thousands of combo incompatibilities like this, out there.
