Like other people have noted, I have looked SO many times for a justified grid that has the kind of flexibility and customizability that JIG has. It was a little frustrating to deal with TimThumb errors at first, but the developer has anticipated most of the reasons it might not work quite out of the box, and I have to give them props for trying to help like that. It's quite a powerful plugin and anticipates a ton of different types of customization.
I particularly like that you can save presets with all your settings. Until I found JIG, the plugin I had been trying to work with was Envira Gallery, but there was no way to duplicate a gallery so all my settings could be saved. I knew I didn't want to jump through the same hoops a dozen times. So several plugins later, I finally found JIG and I freakin' love it. Just what I needed. The search is over. :)
One of the best plug-ins for photos. I've been using this about 8 years I think and it's still awesome :)

What aspect gave you that impression, how could I improve it? After you install the plugin it takes over the display of existing WP galleries, I'd consider that an easy start. If you are not completely satisfied I'll approve a refund as there is a money back guarantee.

The error mentions capital S whereas in the English source code I definitely use a lowercase %s as the "format specifier" and I develop on PHP 8+ and have never seen this error.
Judging by the fact that you have loco translate installed, here is what they have to say: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/printf-errors
This is the core code from problematic line, finely executable under PHP 8: https://onlinephp.io/c/523c4 If you change %s in the snippet to %S then the error you mentioned occurs. That can only happen if the translator (human or machine) messed it up. I believe the problem happened on your end, since JIG has no official German translation yet.
The Best WordPress Gallery plugin out there. highly customizable. Works well and fast. Highly recommended to display your images professional. Plugin support is excellent too.
