Absolute best addon for wpbakery. Period. I do have an issue that I’m seeing lately where I can choose my fonts and the weights in the ultimate add-ons google font settings (in The7 theme) but when I use the ultimate “headings” object and use the drop down on the typography tab to choose one of those fonts, the different weights/styles that I selected for that font don’t show up, just the standard three, underline, italic and bold. I used to be able have all the styles, such as for Open Sans, 100, 200 – 800 etc. This is happening on new installs.

Let me double check everything, i’m about to setup another new site, i’ll check it with no plugins on the site, maybe my BulletProof Security is blocking it or server side security.
Will do, just an fyi, I just setup a new site, no plugins, just THE7 theme, wpbakery and the add-on plugin. I’m having the same issue, i even turned off all security on that site at the server level. I’ll create a ticket.

I tried opening a ticket but haven’t seen the email come in and can’t find a link on the site to login to see my ticket. I checked my spam filters but don’t see anythign related in there.

My support has expired and the following page to try and get answers or tips is broken: https://ultimate.brainstormforce.com/support/ and shows the following: The remote site should have WordPress 4.7 or higher or Rest API (v2) plugin installed to get the search results. Please fix it!
My issue is when using the Hotspot element with multiple tooltips. Search console has this greyed out:
Tooltipster: one or more tooltips are already attached to this element: ignoring. Use the “multiple” option to attach more tooltips. /wp-content/plugins/Ultimate_VC_Addons-3.19.22/assets/min-js/ultimate.min.js
Done some research and looks like a setting is required to allow the use of multiple tooltips when using Tooltipster.

a while back we purchased this item and we are still using it, it is version 3.19.10, we are trying for the first time to add an accordion section via WP Composer however when we update and run the post/page, the accordion displays in the open position when we would like it to load in the collapsed/closed position. There are no options in the formatting selections of the element that allow us to select collapsed accordion on page load. Is there any way to implement this via css or php? Thank you.

Hi, I’m thinking of buying this plugin to work alongside my movies and series theme which has WP Bakery, but is limited. The live preview doesn’t work, so doesn’t allow us to see how it works. Also does it allow you to use custom post types? For example we have HT movies and HT series custom post types which import movies and series posts, from TmDb. Would it give us additional options to showcase our movies and series pages and allow us to add more WP Bakery blocks and items?
Can you please send me a link to a live preview so I can see what it offers then purchase it? As we can’t do that when the live preview doesn’t work.

I’d like to inform you that we are still supporting and this plugin and releasing updates. As for introducing new features, I’d like to mention that the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is a complete and stable plugin. It has everything that one may need.
But, we still release updates to fix or improvise anything to match the trend or make it compatible with the latest WPBakery Page Builder and WordPress updates when needed. Otherwise, it is a stable product and we certainly offer support for it.

How do I download a previous version of the plugin? Your latest update has broken the Advance Carousel. Really frustrating that you update based on select user issues but assume everything else works.
What’s more annoying is support is limited unless you pay for a service. For anyone else, do not buy this plugin unless you are ready for updates to break your site.

Ok I jumped to conclusion. Sorry guys. Been one of those weeks I suppose. I found a hidden <\/span><\/span> in another modules text option. (Ignore the \ slash. This is for envato styling as it removes html)
Oddly enough it was opened and closed (<\/span>xyz<\/span>) correctly so not sure why it was breaking the ultimate plugin layout. The back end was showing the layout but on the front end it was hidden.
I also noticed WPBakery was populating a new row with a text element inside. This has now gone.
Others do triple check your finding first before jumping to conclusion first. A good tool I use to check file changes is: WinMerge https://winmerge.org/. Free to use and can be a life saver at times.
Sorry again for my assumptions.
Your new update broke the licence activation process. I cannot activate the plugin as its already saying it’s activated.
My support has expired and refuse to buy extended support as its not a user issue but more a plugin issue. Please advise on how to resolve this. Cannot find any documentation to help with this issue.

Ok I figured it out. I have gone to this page https://support.brainstormforce.com/my-licenses/ removed licence, gone back into the website and re-applied the licence again. Had to do it a few times to get it to work.

Hello another user (Macrodo) reported broken links on info boxes. He’s correct. If one uses: https://www.mywebsite.org/ the front end will show http://httpswww.mywebsite.org/. Just FYI (we’re going to manually fix the code but just a heads up for your team)

3.19.21 caused links to break in ALL INFO BANNER BUTTONS, reverting back to 3.19.20 restored links to working order. Appears that the special characters are being stripped out of the links, so https://example.com loads as httpsexamplecom

Hi, it seems that on the latest update (3.19.21) the new code (foreach ( $ult_team_settings as $key => $value ) for sanitize attributes is preventing the ult-social-buttons to appear on ultimate_team.php

Apparently the plugin uses deprecated JQuery functions
