I'm not a specialist in design. However, this plugin allowed me to have a fresh and very professional look in some parts of my website and I'm very happy about it, Also the instructional videos are extremely clear and the support (used it once) is excellent. Perfect experience so far and highly recommended.

Plugin broke my theme and just didn't work. This was a fresh WP install with fresh install of the Navy theme (https://themeforest.net/item/multipurpose-multiconcept-business-wordpress-theme/18139915).
Slow support reply to the point I had to uninstall and use alternatives to finish my project on time.
Uninstalled and will not use. Denied a refund.
Worst customer service I've experienced in many, many purchases from Envato. Will never be buying here again.

But if you need help you have to wait ages to get any respond from the support. in fact feels like there is no support at all.
8 days since i reported my issue with expandable section for the first time (not properly working in menu). since then long periods of silence.
comments section is also for nothing- since you want to have answers there you got after more then 24 houers "please open a ticket"
prevously i also got some issues witch where resolved, i would describe as: slow but sure.
quality of plugin and support not equal.
if your site is running and you wait for support, well then prepare to lose time_-(money) until things are fixed
I am sorry for the delay caused in replying to your ticket. This was mainly due to a weekend and the huge number of support requests our team had to cater to.
Just to let you know, we promise to reply tickets within 24 hours on working days. But, your issue seems to be a little different and one which we have not come across before. The elements of our plugin are built to be used on pages, and we make sure they work best there. You wish to use it within a menu and that is where you are facing an issue.
Since this is rare, we need to take a deeper look to see what can be done to get this working for you. That is why we need some time to resolve it.
