How do I update the plugin?
You get a notification in your WordPress dashboard as soon as update is released. If you have registered your license, you can update with one click from there. Alternatively, you can deactivate & delete current installation and install the latest version without losing anything.
I have Ultimate, which came with my theme. Where do I get support?
Generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin which allows them to bundle it with their theme. In such cases, the theme author is responsible for providing you the support & updates. If you need to keep up with latest updates and get support directly from us, you will need to buy directly & get your own license.
My purchase code isn’t working.
Are you using the purchase code of Ultimate Addons itself? Purchase code of your theme (Even if our plugin came with it) or any other Envato product, won’t work as they are totally independent products from different authors.
I can not see all the features.
