I have shipping for our store setup with Shipping Rate by ZipCode. There are probably 25,000 zipcodes. No way to do ranges unfortunately. Also using Advanced Free Shipping plugin for free shipping on orders $2K and over in the Metro Atlanta area. I feel like I am going in circles. Will your plugin streamline this?

Hi,

Not sure what you have in mind to streamline this..?

You can enter zipcodes in the WC Zones area or use the ‘Zipcode’ based condition where you can enter a comma separated list.

If you’d like to setup things more easily you can consider a custom option for the WAS Advanced Pricing extension to setup ‘Cost per zipcode’ for example.

Cheers, Jeroen

Cost per zipcode is what I am trying to achieve. Will your Advanced Shipping accomplish this or are you saying we would need more customized?

You can setup a shipping rate per zipcode where you want it to differ.

If you have a ton of zipcodes and want to be able to configure things more quickly you can consider the customization. If wanted I can reach out through my site for help: https://jeroensormani.com/contact

Hi. I have 3 licenses, but before I purchase another one I need to know: Is the extension “Advanced pricing” compatible with WPML? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, the latest version works with WPML translated shipping classes/categories.

Cheers, Jeroen

Awesome support ! Such fast answers ! Thank you Jeroen

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to make a category A with free shipping, but if in the cart there is a product of category B and Category A, there is the shipping cost for category B. Is it possible? Obviously, if there is only category A in the cart, shipping should be free.

Hi,

Yes, with the WAS Advanced Pricing extension it is possible to setup cost per category so that if you set $5 fee for B, it will only be charged when B is in the cart.

Cheers, Jeroen

Hello, I have one question before buying your plugin. I have 2 shipping zones with different fees at the moment, but now I ship product with different shipping fees. So I would like to know if it is possible with your plugin to keep the shipping zone fees I have set now, and to add an extra fee for a specific category/product in addition?

Hi Elena,

With the WAS Advanced Pricing extension (https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/extension-woocommerce-advanced-shipping-advanced-pricing/) you’d be able to setup cost per category/product, but these are only for within Advanced Shipping rates, it does not apply to other shipping methods (at least not out of the box).

Cheers, Jeroen

Hello Sir, How can I tell if my site is using/functioning your module? I have some setting but it seems never functioning. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

If you have any Advanced Shipping rates showing in the Zones or in the Advanced Shipping section you’re likely using it.

I’m attempting to add 2 free shipping options, which as per a previous comment is theoretically possible. But when I add a second option I only see the second one. The conditions for both are the same.

Is it possible to setup shipping rates by Quantity? (fixed rates) Example, for each 5 items in cart, the shipping fee is 20$ Once 6th item added (up to 10), shipping fee becomes 40$.

Yes, as long as you have a supported license for the base plugin.

Got the license, installed the plugin and the extension. Any guide how to create the Rules ? Couldnt do it right so far.

Hi there is also the function that in case the buyer will order to products, it will add only an extra price? Thanks

Hi,

It is possible to setup cost per product in the Advanced Shipping plugin, but this is not added to other shipping rates, only to the Advanced Shipping rate it was configured within.

Cheers, Jeroen

We don’t understand. We bought a license for this plugin, and now it’s showing that the plugin has expired? But we bought it for a lifetime from here. What is the problem? https://ibb.co/k9F35Hz

Hi Tomas,

Support has expired for your license. You can still get updates through here directly.

Hi jeroen (presale question)

Hi, I’m developing this site www.baliengland.it – https://baliengland.it/pagina-prodotti/pagina-generale-catalogo/ that sells ethnic furniture and has heavy and bulky items. does your plugin allow shipping costs to be calculated according to size and weight at the same time for one or more chosen shipping courier?

Hi,

No build in live carrier quotes in the plugin. It is meant for setting up your own conditional rates.

Cheers, Jeroen

Hello,

I have a presales question.

I have plenty of products that they have more than one Boxes, so the default Dimension fields are useless here.

I have a Custom Field for those products that includes the total Volume of the packages.

Can your plugin calculate the shipping cost by using a custom field for the Package Volume ?

Thank you :)

Hi,

It can be done through a custom condition, but custom fields are not automagically picked up ;-)

Hi, for multi currency website, is it automatically change the shipping fee currency ? I use CURCY – WooCommerce Multi Currency

Hi,

This would depend on the currency plugin used.. that should convert the shipping costs.

Hi!

Will buy your plugin, but im interestedd if you have plan to add distance based shipping option also in the future? With Distance Matrix API currently distance based shipping plugins don’t let choose the shipping classes it will or will not activate.

Best regards!

Hi,

It is currently not planned to build in a distance based condition, but this is considered from time to time.

It is possible to add this as a custom condition if desired.

Cheers, Jeroen

Hi,

Pre sales question. Are there any plans to add day and time conditions? In our case we would require a shipping option to only appear from a certain time on a particular day to the same time the next day.

Thanks

Hi,

It is currently not planned to add this to the base plugin, but it can be added as a custom condition; https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/developer-adding-a-custom-condition/

Cheers, Jeroen

1. The website calculates shipping fees based on the weight of the products, not the quantity.

2. Products in Shipping Class A qualify for free shipping.

3. Products in Shipping Class B require a shipping fee.

4. Currently, If the shopping cart contains only Shipping Class A products, shipping is free.

5. Currently, If the shopping cart contains products from both Shipping Class A and Shipping Class B, shipping fees are applied to products from both classes.

6. I want to change this so that if the cart contains products from both Shipping Class A and B, only the Shipping Class B products are charged for shipping.

How can I do that?

Hi Alan,

Hi I have a feature request:

Now the plugin have “Quantity” as a conditional logic option, which is great. But, it would be awesome if it also had “Items lines”

Quantity = How many pcs per product Item lines = How many different products in cart

With this i can make this:

Maximum 5 different products where every product can have maximum 5 pcs each

Would you consider adding that to the list of conditional logic?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for the feature request; I’ve noted it down. So far there hasn’t been enough requests for this to be added to the base plugin, but the plugin has been made to be easily extendable, so you can create your own custom condition for this; https://aceplugins.com/doc/advanced-shipping-for-woocommerce/developer-adding-a-custom-condition/

Cheers, Jeroen

Hello, I have two questions:

1, Can you set up shipping costs based on both weight and volumetric weight, so which one will be greater we can show that shipping rate? (as you already know, This is how most shipping companies calculate.)

2, Can we display a progress towards free shipping on products? For example, if a customer buys $25 worth of products, can we show a message indicating that they need to spend $15 more to qualify for free shipping?

Hi,

1) Volumetric weight is not available out of the box. This can be added as a custom condition if desired.

2) Not with this plugin, this is only for configuring shipping rates; my Advanced Messages for WooCommerce plugin is however suitable for this.

Cheers, Jeroen

hello, can you do this custom for me?

1, Can you set up shipping costs based on both weight and volumetric weight, so which one will be greater we can show that shipping rate? (as you already know, This is how most shipping companies calculate.)

Feel free to reach out through my site if you want to discuss a custom condition; https://jeroensormani.com/woocommerce-advanced-shipping/support/

Can this plugin add two free shipping methods? I need 2 free options to be visible.

Hi,

Yes, you can add as many options as you’d like – all rates where the conditions match will appear as a option.

Cheers, Jeroen

Hey, I have 4 products. This products has to have $5 for shipment. Then I have 10 other products – the shipment is $10.

Its possible to seperate this?

and if someone orders one or more products of the $5 shipment AND one or more products for the $10 then the shipping cost have to be $10

Is that possible?

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to setup these kinds of shipping rates with the plugin.

Cheers, Jeroen
