Hello, The plugin is working great for the flipbooks, however, after testing an issue with PDF links on our website, we found that any linked PDF within the Wordpress pages or posts no longer works properly. They open without displaying the PDF viewer options properly, so they don’t print correctly (they print unformatted and print several pages of the website). When I disable your plugin, the browser’s PDF viewer opens correctly and the PDFs can be printed fine. Any idea how to fix this conflict? We did purchase the pro version.

Hi, i want to ask before putting, i was using dear flip, which use js, and my pdf wasn’t showing text correctly, i tried all the solves support sends me and i tried woth my own too, nothing solved, and i want to know if this plugin uses the same js for books, and if there is any possibility to this plugin to be a non js and works correctly woth wp rocket and cach plugins, or not Thanks

Hi, I have a pre-purchase question.

I will be using attachments in Tutor LMS courses that are uploaded directly, without the option to insert a shortcode. On the front end, they are displayed as ‘a’ links, and clicking them will initiate a download.

I’m not sure if, after installing your plugin, these attachments can automatically be converted into a 3D flip format instead of downloading. I believe this is the same issue as whether all PDFs on the website can automatically open in a 3D flip format.

Hello, since i updated all your plugins, i have this problem:

Hello. I am trying to set up lightbox version of the flipbook on multi-domain website and apparently I am facing some CORS issue, as it does not load properly when requested from the second domain (on the main domain everything works well).

I followed the tips for Apache here https://real3dflipbook.gitbook.io/wp/creating-flipbook#pdf-from-another-domain and added requested lines, but still I was getting some errors. After checking devtools console, I found that “X-Requested-With” header needs to be added to “Access-Control-Allow-Headers” as well, which finally allowed the lightbox to open..

However, the flipbook remains empty as no images are being loaded. Only the loading circle is rendered, even after a long time of waiting. I expect that some other CORS settings in .htaccess need to be added, but I am not getting any errors in the console, so I am not sure what it could be.

And by the way, I am experiencing the same problem on two completely different websites (both Apache, but with different web hosting providers). On the both sites I use the latest version of the plugin.

Could you please assist me with that?

In your demos, the page including the thumbnail of the page is shown in the search bar during the text search. Where can this be set? Unfortunately, we only show the respective text area without an image.

updated today, books not loading. Every update the same. Page loads, front page is showing in white with hourglass, loading forever. Nothing shows up, the page count is correct, the pages on the page view are shown all. But book is not loading. Tried to generate new, does not help. All books of history are not loading.
