Because i couldn’t find in the current demo but in the video it was shown so i want to make sure before purchase that this software still has whatsapp messages notification feature available
Unfortunately currently Smart School have no support for WhatsApp messaging but we will try to add WhatsApp messaging support in upcoming updates, although if you want to add any http based WhatsApp api then you can try to add it using our custom sms library.
By default there is no WhatsApp api integration available in Smart School however you can integrate http based WhatsApp or sms gateway in Smart School using our custom sms library (it require some php experience). After purchase we will send you its integration guide.
can i use firebase for sms sending ??? means is it possible to integrate firebase in this software ?
For sms sending we have added around 10 sms gateway apart from these you can also integrate any http based sms gateway using our custom sms library (after purchase we will provide your its integration guide).
If you want to use firebase for push notification message then its already aviliable with Smart School Android App.

Currently there is no direct option available for semester option in Smart School, however you can use Class as Course and Section as Semester in Smart School to use for semester for the academic year. So you should divide a academic session into 2 parts as 2 semester and regarding “2 semesters students are marked out of 100 course work carrying 30 and end of semester carrying 70 can i generate report can covering” you should once check CBSE Examination addon at our demo hopeful it will fulfil your requirements.
CBSE Examination addon based on different examination pattern like multiple exams in single marksheet of same session, so currently it doesn’t have consolidated marksheet feature and you can use Examination module for the consolidated marksheet to link different years/session/semesters exams and generate single marksheet for these exams, so to generate consolidated marksheet, for this you should link multiple exams which you want to link to generate consolidated marksheet then you should generate marksheet by selecting “Last linked exam” which you included in link exam field so after click on generate marksheet, all the link exam will appear in consolidated marksheet. Please note that to generate consolidated marksheet linking of exam subjects should be same otherwise it will show subject error.
In consolidated mark-sheet where there is more than 1 exam results will be combined to prepare consolidated result so if there is 2 exams/semesters exam can be linked together with different weightage supposed exam A has 50%, exam B has 50% than in consolidated mark-sheet result student marks will be taken 50% from exam A and 50% from exam B. You can manage it for your semesters also.

Hi, I want to get the product, but to me is mandatory to have a Form Builder. Basically school admin users should be able to CRUD custom forms, including attachments, text areas, and associate other entities in the form.
Example: The admin should be able to create a form to collect the Student, Teacher, and a text are for the Field Trip Experience. The form should be visible to Students, Parents, and Teachers of the Class XXX.
If you have the feature, I’m ready the buy product now + the 199 bundle.
Unfortunately form builder module currently not aviliable in Smart School, however form builder module is in our features list and will be release in future updates.

Smart School comes with regular license which permits you to use Smart School for single school/branch/client/end to use another school/branch/client/end you should purchase another license of Smart School from codecanyon.
Smart School regular license allows to use Smart School for single school/branch/end/client but for customer convenience registering Smart School allows to register Smart School licence code on upto 3 urls e.g. 1. For localhost 2. For testing environment and 3. For your production url (testing and production url should be on same domain).

Unfortunately, the current generate bulk fee invoices feature is not available in Smart School because data is spread over multiple tables and linked to foreign key relationships.
Currently, there is no direct option available in Smart School for bulk invoice printing, but you should check Reports > Finance. From here, you can try to print bulk invoices. Like the Fees Statement Report (for printing student all fees at once) and the Balance Fees Statement Report (for printing class-section fees at once), please check these https://i.imgur.com/GE0wHLS.png and https://i.imgur.com/WPcBFX5.png screenshots for more details. So you can also check other reports under Reports > Finance for your requirement.

To add more fields system Fields or custom fields (please check this https://smart-school.in/article/how-to-add-custom-field article to add custom field in Smart School) in your online admission form, click on the Online Admission Fields Setting tab, here some system fields are available, check those fields which you want to enable in your online admission form. You can also enable custom fields from here.
