Hello, the product is really nice and worth supporting. But I’m having a few problems; Even though I do not authorize the user, he/she can send e-mails and download documents. Why is there no print option in document viewing? Thank you very much for your support and making this beautiful application.

To send emails, there is a permission setting within ‘Assigned’ and ‘All Documents’ that you can disable based on your requirements. When sharing a document, there is an option to allow or prevent downloading. If you do not select this option, the user will not be able to download the document.

There is no Antivirus checkup; it would be installed on the server. There is also no social login. It now supports AWS s3 and local storage.

I have a problem with the document as a pdf file when updating to the new version, it cannot be opened, I also opened it on your demo and encountered the same problem. I really like the new features integrated when viewing pdf files that you have added.

I updated it but it still didn’t work, and I’m very sorry that the print feature for pdf files is not available when viewing the document 
Please try clearing the cache. We have also uploaded the same copy to our demo version, which you can check. The print feature for PDF has not been included. When an admin shares a document, there is an option to allow downloading or to share the document for a specific period.

Hello, I would like to have customizations on the application: 1-add a status field on each document such as document awaiting processing, document in processing, document validated or approved, rejected document which appears on the document dashboard 2-add a customizable document number field 3-interconnection with business applications or APIs 4-receive documents automatically by email directly to document management 5-add the “scan product” scanning option so that paper documents can be scanned directly into the system. 6-mass import of documents or batch import 7-create meta-tags dedicated to categories or subcategories that I can fill in during the document import process 8-and find us a solution for the desktop extension file in the localhost version How much will it cost me? and how long will it take? and if possible a cost for the saas version Really urgent !!!!!

In the earlier version, we only had the delete document function, which did not allow for the recovery of deleted documents. However, with the new archive feature, you can recover documents from the archive if needed. You can think of it like the recycle bin in Windows.

Can i set up a form and send a link for it where the user have to upload files, like CV degree pdf and i can manage them by category ? like when he upload from columbia, it will have a file with his name under the categorie colombia and all his uploaded documents
Also if its possible to receiver the documents automattically with email, that we can set as ecample an apply form on the website, and when the client is done he can send by mail direct to the docu managment ?
