1. While sharing a file, we do not send an email to the user. Instead, we send a notification within the UI.
2. There is no file size limit at the code level. You may need to check the file size limits imposed by your shared hosting or email provider.

The image you attached is only related to PDF. We will explore the available options in the PDF viewer, and if possible, we will include the update in the next release.
I hope you will add as I mentioned this for the 3rd time; Document management often comes with simultaneous printing when running localhost which is only compatible with PDF. Which printing and attributes you have done on your other products, I think it is not difficult for your team. Thank.

You can’t edit the Word file online on our portal. However, you can download it, make changes, and then upload the updated file as a new version. This process will also manage the version history of the document.

We have verified with files larger than 25 MB, and it is working as expected on our end. Could you please check your server or shared hosting settings?
We can upload large files, but we can`t read / view large files (25MB)
We are using Microsoft online viewer to view office extension files. There is limitation in online viewer that file size can’t be exceed more than 100 MB.

It is possible. Customisation would require to support custom dialog confirmation.

You can achieve that by making changes to the code, and for that, it requires knowledge of Angular and Laravel. This is the default and expected behavior of the system, which we are not changing in future updates.

As we discussed on Skype, apart from two-factor authentication, all the email functionalities should work. We have tested with the given configuration, and it is functioning as expected.

If I delete a document, is it also physically deleted?
Currently, we do not physically delete documents, but we plan to release the archive document feature soon, which will include physical deletion.
Please, possibly to add scan option “scan ducument” in your next updates, so hardcopy ducuments can be scanned directly into the system.
We will explore possible options to scan the document, but we do not have any plans to release it in the near future.
