Since the last update 4.6.5 the license does not work since it is always redirected to wp-admin/admin.php?page=real3d_flipbook_license when I try to add a new flopbook; I already sent an email to his profile but so far I have no response.

A preload of the iframes or the images would be great! So when we flip the page it does not have to wait for seconds for the iframes content to appear.

How can I increase the image quality of my flipbook? My PDF is very clear, but when I upload it to my website, the quality becomes poor, especially on mobile devices.

I am experiencing an issue with mobile devices. The page frequently reloads, although it works perfectly on desktop. On both Android and iOS, the flipbook consistently reloads after browsing a few pages. When I reach page 10 or 15 out of 30, it often reloads back to the first page randomly. Additionally, I sometimes receive an error message stating “the web page is not available.”

Since updating to version 4.3.8, , my plugins page is no longer available/accesable. https://www.mysite.nl/wp-admin/plugins.php redirects constantly redirects to https://www.mysite.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=real3d_flipbook_help.

Installed a backup and rolled back 3.83. Plugins-page is still redirected to https://www.mysite.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=real3d_flipbook_help.

How to resolve?

Hi, still love your plugin and ease of use. I updated to last version and it’s much slower then the old version. I see the info about upgrading for faster speed with the add-on (29$). I am disappointed about that, I think that this 59$ plugin should also be fast and not ask more for better user experience. At the moment waiting 14-15 seconds for a 80 pages pdf-document, this is not good.

Can you add a translation option for the phrase “formerly”, which occurs in conjunction with: X (formerly Twitter). There is currently no option to translate this phrase. Maybe just drop the “formerly” and leave X (Twitter)?

Hello, pre-purchase question:

I have a wordpress eshop with woocommerce. What I want to do is to create an interactive catalogue (flip book) and give the user the opportunity to add a product to cart directly from the catalogue.

The easiest way to achieve this I believe is that I can make a page for each product which will have the add to cart button (a minimal product page) and embed it with an iframe to the catalogue to certain positions inside the pages.

Do you believe that this will be possible?
