In multisite environment, each website has its own admin panel and dashboard. Each site of your network will have its own list of services, staff members, appointments, and its own settings.
Please note that you will need a separate purchase code for each of your domain and you can set different currency for each site, but currently, you’re not able to use more than one currency in one site.

Hello, I am running an appointment booking agency and I want customers to book from my website different appointments for different businesses like medical, salon, etc.
If customers doesn’t want to book themselves they can call our support line and our staff can book them the appointment.
Then my business clients can login on my agency website and see only their appointments the customers have booked.
Can this plugin support that service?

Services must be visible or available only after selecting the category. Issue is that all the services are visible in service drop down before selecting the category. So please fix this issue.

Here’s the lowdown:
The Bookly Special Days Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212817929-Special-Days-Add-on is your go-to for customizing schedules, including breaks that are different from the default working hours and days. You can do this for individual staff members. The beauty is that this shift on special days won’t just affect one staff member, it’ll apply to all staff members’ services.
On the flip side, the Bookly Service Schedule Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/213850385-Services-Available-at-Limited-Hours-Service-Schedule-Add-on lets you get super specific with your service hours. You can limit the hours when each service is available, and this one’s service-specific. It works in harmony with your staff’s working hours, creating an overlap. This means there’s an interval within each staff member’s day when a specific service can be provided. You can set this up as a one-time interval for each day of the week, including breaks during the day. So, it’s all about specifying when services are available.
Now, when you have both of these add-ons in play, you can override standard working hours for particular dates on your calendar. Tweak the days and hours when individual services are up for booking. This is different from the Standard Special Days functionality, which applies changes to the entire staff member’s schedule and all their services. With these add-ons, you can even make a service completely unavailable for booking on certain days or set it to “OFF” in the time selection dropdown. Or, if you prefer, make the service “OFF” every day except for those special days.

I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.
Each staff member has their own unique schedule. When a customer books a specific time slot for a service with a staff member, that staff member becomes unavailable for that time slot for any other services. For example, if Superstar is booked for Service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, she won’t be available for any other services at that time. Likewise, other customers won’t be able to book service Awesome at that specific time, unless another staff member is assigned to provide that service.

I hope you’re well. We run a driving school with two cars: one automatic and one manual. We need a booking system for our WordPress site that ensures no double-booking of our cars.
Specifically, if a customer books the automatic car from 9am to 10am, the system should prevent anyone else from booking the automatic car during that time. The same should apply to the manual car.
Additionally, our payment options include using Square, which has a 1.94% fee, or direct deposit. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings:
5 to 9 lessons: 5% off 10 or more lessons: 10% off Package pricing for a set number of lessons and a drive test has its own specific rates.
Could you please let us know if your plugin can manage these requirements?

You should be able to set the cars as dummy/placeholder staff member. Each of the staff members will have their own schedule. The system will offer the schedule of the selected car (staff member) in the Timestep. Once the staff member is booked for a particular timeslot for a service, that staff member and service are no longer available.
For example, if staff member Superstar is booked on Tuesday at 10 am for service Awesome then staff member Superstar is no longer available on Tuesday at 10 am for any other services she provides. Likewise, other customers will not be able to book service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, unless other staff members are set to provide this service.
However, there are available add-ons designed to offer versatility to accomplish preferred features in different scenarios.

For discounts for multiple bookings, please check if the Bookly Packages Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003045634-Packages-Add-on will work with this requirement. It allows you to offer package deals for your client’s favorite services as well as add an optional discount on packages. So you will need to create a simple service for the price of the packages then your client will have to book their first appointment right away in the front-end booking form. And then you assign the packages in the back-end so your customers can book the rest of the package services later as long as they’re booked within the set validity period. Currently, the default Bookly booking form doesn’t support the booking of packages by your customers on the front end. However, the new Bookly search form is fully compatible with the packages feature – your clients can book the package (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/bookly-pro-v5-0/) of services like standard services.
