Hello! Can I install the script to domain.com/customfolder and still use my custom domain, say branddomain.com? In other words, can custom domain point DNS to a folder, as opposed to main domain or subdomain?

You can definitely do that however you have to check if your hosting control panel allows you to point a domain to a folder. If you use cPanel or Plesk then it will be possible however other control panels like hostinger may not allow you to point a domain to an existing folder.
My control panel is DirectAdmin. Do you know if it will be possible?
To clarify, I already have a Wordpress site on my domain.com. If I install the script to domain.com/customfolder, can I use another custom branddomain.com and point it to that installation folder domain.com/customfolder?
From what I was told, although I can install the script to domain.com/customfolder, I will not be able to set DNS for another branddomain.com to point to that folder. Or do you have other customers achieve that?

With DirectAdmin, it depends. If you have the option to edit httpd.conf file then it will be possible.
This scenario is definitely possible. All you need is way to point brandeddomain.com to the “customfolder”. The main limitation here is the hosting control panel. With cPanel it is very easy and it is possible with Plesk as well. With DirectAdmin it depends on what is allowed by your host. I guess what you can do is to send me an email with a directadmin login info via https://codecanyon.net/user/kbrmedia and I will be able to tell you if it is possible or not. If you run your own VPS with DirectAdmin and have root access then it will be possible.

I found your ticket (#31193) however I do not see any responses yet. Did you reply to the ticket via email? If so please do not do that as it may go in the spam folder and it does not update tickets. Instead directly update the ticket with the information.
I Replied through email. But now I just replied in your own ticket system since I cant see my send message through email. I hope this will resolve this problem fast. I installed it on Localhost and the script is Amazing. I recomend any buyer out here to give it a shot. I also have bought almost all the biolinks scripts from others on codecanyon and your Script is the best so far, but only one competitor has more functions on his script….. But his script does have a lack of design, and not easy for custommers.. So you are the winner

i mean multiple upload file when uploading, i am try demo and not see setting for allow multiple file uploads at once

1. Is it possible to add a “message send” notification when someone uses the contact form widget?

2) So if I understand correctly, you want the contact form to be displayed all the time? If so that is possible but will require a small code change.
3) Yes that is possible with a code change.
4) Not at the moment but that is planned.
5) You can disable all tools except the link shortener.

7) If you use a dynamic QR code then you will have located data.
8. You can create themes but not templates at the moment.

Also I have a question about the “plans”. I create a test plan wich include Unlimited links, 1 Bio, 1 Qr… (see photo 1) Then I create a test user and assignet to this plan. But when I login with that user I still have unlimited Bios, Qrs… (see photo 2)

Since I will be offering a free plan (for now) I left it disabled, I didn’t think it was related to the Plans options.

Looking at it.
Many times from social networks, like tiktok, instagram etc, we need to create a BIOS from the shortener to send a youtube video or a web to an external browser. Generally the links are opened from the browser of each social network, you could update and add the function to force the link to open outside the social network, externally, this would help a lot. I mean always for mobile devices.

1) I was blocking some countries and emails using email validation and the block countries plugin, and it works fine on normal registration. It blocks both countries and emails.
However, if users are using Google auth to register, they can bypass both the countries block and email block just by using Google auth.
Can you ensure that even if users use Google auth, it should still block the specified countries and email IDs?it is quite important for us

The email validation already works with social auths however the country plugin needs to be updated.

Again I just tested the Google auth using the blocked email address. It is able to register even now the email address is blocked list. And in normal registration, it works fine.
