Looking at it.
Many times from social networks, like tiktok, instagram etc, we need to create a BIOS from the shortener to send a youtube video or a web to an external browser. Generally the links are opened from the browser of each social network, you could update and add the function to force the link to open outside the social network, externally, this would help a lot. I mean always for mobile devices.

Also, if a plan has 30 days of data analytics retention, is there a script that deletes from the database any stats older than that period, or are they simply not displayed to the user?

1) I was blocking some countries and emails using email validation and the block countries plugin, and it works fine on normal registration. It blocks both countries and emails.
However, if users are using Google auth to register, they can bypass both the countries block and email block just by using Google auth.
Can you ensure that even if users use Google auth, it should still block the specified countries and email IDs?it is quite important for us

The email validation already works with social auths however the country plugin needs to be updated.

Again I just tested the Google auth using the blocked email address. It is able to register even now the email address is blocked list. And in normal registration, it works fine.
When can I expect an update of those two plugins to support blocking Google auth?

I am using the latest version and theme of this script, but I have found a bug. The color changing of themes works fine initially, but after modifying some text in the editor (index, footer, etc.), the color settings revert to the default blue. Even when I set the color to something else, like yellow, it does not work. Please resolve this bug.

The first option might be due to cache. Also if you use automated updates, the colors might get overwritten by update. You just need to save colors in theme settings again.
The second one is not a bug. We have added the ability to use the main domain only for admins. Other users will not be able to use it. This was added because a lot of customers asked this feature.

We’re experiencing an issue with subscription statuses. A few customers have completed their subscriptions and payments via Paddle (we recived payment in paddle too), but we haven’t received the usual confirmation email (“You have a new Subscriber”), and their status on the script shows as free instead of subscribed. As a result, they’re unable to use their accounts. Manually marking their subscriptions as active doesn’t resolve the problem either.
Additionally, the public QR generator keeps prompting for registration even for customers who are registered and have paid for a plan.
Additionally, some existing customers on monthly plans are incorrectly assigned as free automatically recently.
Previously, everything worked fine with Paddle, so this seems to be a new issue.
Could you please investigate?

Subscription issue resolved. Cloudflare bot fight mode was causing issues to Paddle webhook.

Did you remove from the bio pages the possibility to add several instances of the same social network? Like 4 different X (Twitter) account links in the same bio page? It seems that it is now not possible to do so, and an existing older bio page with several accounts from the same social network cannot be updated or modified. Error message : “Link Error: Please enter a valid URL”. appears each time we try to add a new link to the bio page, modify an existing link from the bio page, remove a link or even try save the bio page. Issues persist with a duplicated bio page.

That was never there. We will be adding that soon. For the Link Error, that is the caused by one of the link blocks.
even when all block links are removed, the link error is still displayed and we can’t save the page, so that’s probably not a link blocks issue. It used to work fine, but that changed with the last update. This older bio page is still working (with its 4 Twitter X accounts, so I guess it was there) but we cannot modify or add anything (like a new link, or change an existing link). We are going to redo the bio page from scratch and see how it goes. Thanks.

Pretty easy. Download the updater from https://gempixel.com/docs/premium-url-shortener/upgrade-to-6.0 and run it 2-3 times. The version will not update but database will. Once that is done, proceed with the guide.

You can use a LAMP (Apache) or a LEMP (NGINX). Both of these allow you to resolve domains automatically. Do not install any control panel like cPanel or Plesk as these will prevent domains from resolving.
