Hello,

i am not able to connect to IMAP , i am using a cPanel the core Perfex CRM imap seems to be working as we are getting tickets to our support department using ssl/imap , but when checking for Activity logs it says “Failed to connect to IMAP from email” the password is correct. where should we look , what should we check?

its more then 24 hours i can’t create a support ticket , even though the renewal is completed in the Envato account, could you please check?

Does this module work with spacemail 993 imap port?

There are dozens of providers out there – we havent checked them all, but yes, port 993 is the standard secure port of IMAP and our module works just fine with that.

Can you please add the ability to add email Signature for each member account?

I am using SAAS version will it work if I purchase regular license?

Regular licenses are supposed to be used in single domains.

I understand that so if i purchase regular license i have to activate it under admin or tenant account eg. admin is under www.xyz.com/admin and tenant is under www.xyz.com/tenant/ps/admin under which should i activate?

If you are using our SaaS module – activating under the SuperAdmin and including in the Plan would be fine. Tenant admins would be able to activate a copy at their tenant installations.

If you are not using our SaaS module, its better to ask the SaaS module vendor about it.

can you please upgrade the module guys, so the mailbox module become a real imap client wich we can connect with crm like hubspot

Just bought this module today, for our perfex saas, (saas module installed in our perfex not the saas module that you sell) however the module is not showing to our other company. Please advise.

Please ensure with the SaaS module developer that his module is allowing third party modules to be activated at the tentant installations.

Our SaaS module allows that.

I understand it only 1 email per staff member, but why it’s locked to staff’s email, how to make the field editable?

Is this a full IMAP webmail client with true 2 way integration of all folders and send/receive??

or just fetching the incoming emails in a one-way integration fashion?

This is an one way integration module, as clearly stated in Item Description tab.

is it possible for each user to setup their own SMTP config? or it is same SMTP config for all users? I mean, does every user must have xxxx@mycompany.com? or some users can setup gmail, others outlook, etc.? thanks in advanced.

Same company SMTP is supposed to be used crm-wide. If you want to use a different SMTP server for every staff member, then you need to check our other module: Advanced Email System for Perfex CRM

Our Advanced Email System module is supposed to be used for CRM-based actions like Proposal send, Estinate send etc.

Mailbox is supposed to be monitoring your IMAP Account emails and use the inherited SMTP settings of the CRM.

Question: I have different emails for my company. How am I able to access multiple email inboxes in Perfex? Also, how am I able to assign multiple email account to staff? Is there another module I have to purchase?

The Webmail default setting is 3 min refresh on IMAP. Is there a way to make it 1 min if that sounds good

idk, After the upgrade I’m facing 500 internal error problem, I’m able to reproduce the issue by enabling and disabling webmail module, additionally if we manually run the cron in settings it returns something utf8 is conflicting. (not able to retrieve the emails like so)

Is anyone facing this error? I’m on the latest version Perfex+Webmail (PHP 8.2)

I see you can have leads email attached. Can i acces to contacts emails? Would be great to access a client and have all client´s contacts emails in one place

Yes, you can do that. However, this is not part of Mailbox module’s functionality – but Advanced Email System for Perfex CRM module’s one.

CAN WE SEND BULK EMAIL TO LEADS AND CUSTOMER’S GMAIL SMTP WILL BE ENOUGH TO SEND LIMITED EMAIL TO THEM IS THIS SUPPORT??

This is a Mailbox client – not a marketing module.

You can use our other module to send out mass Emails: Custom Perfex SMS and Emails

This is a new comment/ question, presale questions: does the emails get stored/ saved on my hosting account or does it just show what emails are in that inbox?

And if it does get stored on my hosting provider does it have a feature to archive the mails when my space on my hosting provider gets full?

Emails are being saved at your own database. If your IMAP server gets full and stops providing new emails, its impossible to fetch emails through a third party solution.

What would be very awesome is if you can bring out a feature where an email can be added as a task, please bring out this feature, to keep the email in the inbox but become a task by the click of a button and then can go back to the email from the task to reply etc

Thank you, also how soon can you implement this lol? Also just to add to the suggestion, if it could be possible to choose under what settings the task will be for example, pending, assigned to who etc taht will be epic. As soon as you tell me you have this task feature i will purchase an extended licence.

I recently purchased this module, when i ask why am i not able to receive emails, im told i need to send all credential username, passwords and even ftp credentials to resolve the issue. I am finding it difficult to understand why the module designed to receive and send email is not able to receive extenal email as the whole point of purchasing this module its my staff to be able to send and receive, sending will obviously work as its inherent in the perfex crm. I opened the support ticket the second day of purchase, ive been trying to resolve this for the passed 5 days, how do i receive emails? please assist.
